This was an incident at kaya skin clinic, shivalik road malviya nagar on 25th may 2017.

I am feeling very hurtful and irate while submitting this complaint, what a pathetic and rude behavior manager ms dhaiya is at this outlet, she is very un-professional and rude. It all started when i had gone to buy some products at kaya clinic with my husband.

At the start the junior staff was handling it good we had bought around 1000 rs products and after that when we asked about pending services about the remaining 2 facial then the manager ms dhaiya came and started behaving very weird.

I am using kaya products since many years and i had bought pimple and pigmentation treatment from kolkata store, i had used 2-3 sittings there then i shifted to delhi after my marriage and that time the manager ms humaira khan, she was very co-operative and soft spoken person had suggested for another treatment, i had opted that as well, but then no visible changes felt. So i had converted it to facials instead of remaining sittings.

But on 25th may 2017, when i had gone to buy the products and started discussind ms dhaiya about it she replied 'ab shakl to nahi badal sakte na', and then when me and my husband asked her to behave properly she lost it and started behaving very very rude. Then we asked that we need to talk to your senior, she said 'website per hai dundh lena', in-fact the junior staff was also supporting us, after that when my husband started writing about her behavior on the guest book, she said you guys are threatening me and when we said we will complaint about your behavior to your senior and about to leave, she literally blocked our way and told us that my brother is a police commissioner, he will teach you and called the police, we also waited for the police to come.

When they arrived, you won't believe she said my husband pulled her hair and snatched her badge. The police asked her for the medical then she clearly denied for the medical. They also told her that this is the second time we came here for such kind of incident.

It is better for you people that leave this matter here only and make a complaint on the customer care and we know she is making things up, don't waste your time on such a person.

We in-fact called the same time to the customer care and lodge our complaint but it was in vain, nothing happened.

I want to tell the people what a pathetic, impolite and unruly kind of person ms dhaiya is, whatever image ms humaira khan made thru helping us, all has now in vain.

If an organization like kaya skin clinic can't talk actions on such a incident then it is useless & worthless to have services from your clinic.

This whole incident left me devastated and in mental trauma. I am very shocked and saddened.

    Unilaterally cancelled appointment in a very rude disrespectful manner when I reached at the Sohna road clinic for a facial appointment.

    She was rude, angry, disrespectful and later, after 10 minutes of refusing me, while I wrote this, she comes back and says that it can be done!

    Please cancel all my products and services taken and kindly return the money.

      I am taking laser+peeling+meezo treatment in indira nagar branch. I paid 60000 rs for 6 session. Till now i completed 4 session but all the improvement happening on face is temporary. If i go to places other than bangalore even though after applying suncream n other lotion that dr has suggested my forehead n below eye area become darker again. While coming first time here dr gave me guarantee that i will find improvement on face. But still i am not able to find any small improvement too. I am about to waste my money. Before i went to home town i have done meezo but after coming from home town my face become darker than earlier. So after spending 60k amount i did not find difference than applying ordinary cream. I waited for 10 days after returning but still no improvement. Please do needful. Expecting atlist 70℅ improvement

        Again. I have called customer care.. You people did not refund complete amt its 13200.. And my complete amt is 16000. Then wat do you say abt the differnce amt... I dint take ant siiting.., just taken a product, mrp is 1100.. And 10% of on. Mrp.. So pls get refunded complete amt.. And provide this product as a complimentry... I[censored] dont provide for the same.. Thn refund 15000... I hava called cm. Care many tyms, they said our concerned team. Called you within 15 mins but 3 days passed out, no call i have received... Wat a poor customer service.. When. Kaya clinc take amt 16000 thn why they redund 13200..

          I paid 30, 000 for the treatment of acne at malviya nagar kaya skin clinic and also 8, 000 for their products. The treatment resulted in severe acne breakout and other, skin problems. My skin tone darkened up to 10 times as compared to the time when i started the treatment. My skin got very dull, tired, grumpy and soggy. The clinic's treatment is a fraud. No one should go for it.

          I bought this product 2 months back in Hyderabad but it didn't work at all and even increased problem.. it is costly but no results..waste of our money and increased problem..we want solution

            Kaya sold me this full package worth 1 lac fraudly with false commitments. I have just taken 1/4 services and now they are refusing to give me services acc to what i was told earlier.. (And when i wanted to sort out the issues, nobody is bothered at all. I have been calling them each n every day since a month now, and they dont seem to bother at all
            So frustated at them!

              Kormangala kaya clinic people don't know how to talk to customer.
              Kaya is reputed brand still that don't treat their employees how to talk...I have cancelled appointment in kaya attender named Pooja that girl don't know how top respect customer.. When I was booking I asked for appointment at 11:00 she said it is booked and I agreed for 10:45 when I called for cancellation she told because of you were cancelled many appointments u cannot do that this is not the way mam... She intentionally not given me appointment till whole week..

                Myself Tina Malik is a regular cm o[censored]r clinic but I think tht all reward points to give me are nt proper.I have taken package of peeling Amt 16000 in march.But I now I m pregnant and I m not interested to take a any package, Clinic in pitampura misguide me, they provide me the package of Q Switch lazer and no one result of any more, amt 24000 Paid ..you guys just got cheating customers..refund my amt otherwise I will go in consumer court or will take legal action..I m nt interseted to take any more services any more..refund my amt asap..registered mob no [protected]..u can contact me [protected] [protected]..I want my money back at any cost..ur customer service is also poor..they called me on Saturday and said get back to u within 3 days but no response..now wat I can say

                  Respected sir/ma'am, I deeply regret choosing kaya skin clinic for Q-switch treatment. I'd taken this up for detanning of my skin, which unfortunately has not shown even a single sign of improvement.It was just sort of a facial bleach under the guise of "Qswitch skin treatment."The overall experience was pathetic and wasn't worth even half the cost.Further, I was contemplating on going for PRP but, after the experience I've gone through I won't consider it even for minute.And the last thing I wanna say is that the staff wasn't that good and didn't ask for our review on the day of our last session. I request you to look into this matter earnestly and do the needful at the earliest. We've been seriously let down by kaya, something we didn't expected.

                    I am a very old customer of Kaya- it's almost been 8 years since I first availed laser service from Kaya. I was extremely with the results the first time I got laser for a body part. However, after that i availed the service for two more body parts and it's has been almost 4 years since I've been continuously paying for maintenance; but the results are NEGLIGIBLE! I have shelled out almost 50, 000/- rs so far for these two services and I refuse to shell out more. I either want my money back or Kaya should now continue to give me service for the particular body part where their laser has been completely ineffective, at no extra cost! Such a big company should definitely take responsibility for their services! I continue to be a member at Kaya since I've already paid in lumpsome for a 4th body part for which I am currently availing services- the results of which are pretty good. I hope Kaya would take into consideration an issue of their long time customer!

                      Refund of money on emergency

                      As per my telephone conversation on 3rd april 2017 with kandivali west team dr ruchita and miss renuka. I have informed regarding unfortunate accident of my mom.

                      Therefore i have requested for refund of my money.

                      I have enrolled on 2nd april for laser treatment and requested for refund on 3rd april and also not used any of your service till date.

                      It has been an entire month since i am following...

                      Services was not taken due to sudden death in my family and requesting for refund (8000) as the situation for me totally changed due to which i am unable to start the treatment. I requested by explaining my situation, however no response and follow up still continues for 1 yr from my side. Customer care once called me and asked for account details, but no response later.                         Last tuesday on 25th april 2017i had booked an appointment for aqua radiance/fairness service (I get confused between the names). Services that i had already paid for. At the beginning of the service, the practitioner - ms. Poonam tells me that i had booked for everyday radiance. I asked her to guide me - a s per my skin condition which service to avail for. We went ahead for everyday radiance. I was quite skeptical about the service int he beginning as it was my first time in any of the mumbai kaya skin clinics. I had always availed my services in kolkata ksc branches and was quite satisfies with them. Here i found out - that they use an aloe vera gel for massage. I asked her to show me the bottle. To my dismay and shock the produc had already expired in january 2017. I asked her if there are any other massage creams available. She said there are none. Its out of stock. She was hesitant to use ny other cream. Later showed me a patchouli cream option. I have been a regular kaya client and was surprised that kaya products and services were not uniform region wise. The creams shown to me in worli branch - i had never seen them in kolkata. Not wanting to end my service half way. I went ahead to get a massage done - with all day moisturising lotion. Which did not suffice as nourishing for my dry skin. My skin was feeling drier than ever. At the end of the service - i asked the practitioner to show the expired product again. She showed me some other bottle which was yet not expired. On telling her this was not the bottle - she started arguing that this is the one. I showed her the pic of the bottle (Luckily i had taken a pic of the cream) and then she started searching. Came back after 2 mins saying that she could not find it. I told her - its imperative that you find the bottle. And she very rudely replied that she couldnt search anymore. I spoke to the clinic manager - ms. Afreen (Who was not present at the clinic that day) on phone. She heard me out and promised to look into the matter further and promised to call back and expain. Its the 1st of may and i am yet to recieve a call from afreen or any of the kaya customer care executive to resolve this issue. I am very surprised why there was no experienced service person available at the clinic who could help me out with it. I am highly disappointed with the service, practitioner, products, and the resolving method at kaya. If this is the kind of treatment we recieve from a brand which boasts its presence nation wide. Its way better to go for smaller brands which give me apt service and maintain good customer behavior. I am an old client of kaya and refuse to such pathetic behavior from the brand.

                          Dear company management,

                          I am being forced to write this mail because i believe it is a company policy to not to accept and receive letters in writing. Nevertheless, i am here to put forth the grievances in relation to the package of ms. Bhawna mehndiratta at the centre address - c-83, gf, shivalik, near cafe coffee day new delhi, delhi 110017, where in the centre incharge deputed by your company is ms. Sonali dahiya.
                          The following are the grievances, which if not immediately addressed shall tantamount to negligence and denial to address such grievances and attract possible legal remedies;

                          1. Whereas it was understood by the centre incharge of the aforesaid clinic of your business that her client had requested to make the payment for a package namely, full body laser at discounted offer, in two installment. One at the time of enrolling in the package of rs. 60, 000/- and the other of rs. 49, 000/- on or before 20th april, 2017. However despite of repeated requests to give in writing was blatantly denied by the centre incharge. Nevertheless, my mother deposited rs.60, 000/- on behalf of the client.

                          2. Whereas the centre incharge started mounting pressure on me during the last week of march 2017 to immediately pay before the financial year ending. Ms. Sonali dahiya used all the techniques and tactics to elicit the payment from me, which she later on claimed to be a result of training program of your reputed company. She denied to my wife two sittings of the package due to non-payment of dues till 31st march 2017, irrespective of the fact that she had earlier committed to extend the time limit of final payment to 20th april, 2017. It seems that she had misled us as customers by luring us to extend the payment date of the package and with this intent she didnt give us anything in writing in relation to the terms of payment for this package. When i asked her to submit the terms and conditions of my wife’s package in written and also reveal the refund policy of the company, she denied blatantly and told that company management has strictly asked her not to disclose anything related to these specifically to my case.

                          3.in the first week of april 2017, she threatened my wife to cancel the package if payment is not received within a single day. She also threatened that all the hard earned money will go as 'ashes in ganga', if we do not pay within a single day an amount of rs.49, 000/-. When i asked her about what happened to her commitment of 20th april 2017 timeline, then she blatantly denied having made any of such commitment. Already harassed at the hands of this centre head of your reputed company, i set out to pay rs.49, 000/- the very next day.

                          4. Whereas the next day when i arrived to pay rs.49, 000/- through a cheque drawn on central bank of india, the same centre head told me that the company had stopped accepting cheque as means to clear your dues. I was left speechless and in distress as to why a limited company, which has trust of public vested on it, may deny to clear its dues by means of cheque drawn on a scheduled bank. These instruments are legal tender and no one in territory of india can deny accepting such legal tender. Thus, i got suspicious and didnt believe the centre head so i asked her to give a print of the mail where in the company had changed its policy to deny the cheque as a means to clear the dues. However, to my further surprise that same centre head denied to print any mail and again referred to her training process under your reputed company wherein she was commanded not to share any written communication with her customers. Thus, solely on the word of that centre head i was forced to withdraw my cheque and was required to pay in cash or through debit card/credit card. Because i had come only with a cheque and not with cash or debit card, that centre head instructed one therapist by the name of ms. Sherpa to immediately cancel my wife’s package so that our hard earned money rs.69, 000/- can become ‘ashes in ganga’. On my repeated request, she extended one day time to clear the dues, however, not with cheque but with cash or credi/debit card, as per the so-called company policy, which yet remains verbally spoken without any written confirmation from the management of your company of repute.

                          5. Whereas it is known that the very next day i arrived at the aforesaid centre with my debit card and requested to receive my letter wherein i had written that because of company policy i had withdrawn the cheque and payment shall be made through debit card. The staff at the reception was ms. Gosain who said that such application can only be received if i pay immediately. Thus, i paid the amount of rs.49, 000/- through my debit card to clear all the dues of your company so that the centre incharge doesn’t send my invested hard earned money as ‘ashes to ganga’. However, to my further surprise, after i had cleared all my dues as per the direction received verbally form your company staff, ms. Gosain at the reception asked the centre incharge whether the receiving of my application could be handed over to me or not and within 5 minutes of telephonic conversation with the centre head she came out with the reply that it is a company policy not to sign or receive and documents from the customers and it is the command of centre incharge who has learned the same in her training program and thus, ms. Gosain didn’t receive my application.

                          6. Whereas the undersigned feels duped and cheated by your company through that centre incharge and the staff assisting her in her endeavors, i extend and put forth following questions for your repute company to answer;

                          6a. Does the policy of company not to accept cheque as an instrument to clear debt in india was presented before the top management of the company or not? And whether this policy actually exists or it was changed at the whims and wishes of your centre incharge in question in a particular case of my wife?

                          6b. If the company has decided not to accept the cheque as a legal instrument for clearing debt from 31st march 2017 onwards, please quote the powers vested to the board of directors through the articles and memorandum of your limited company to do so? And please comment in respect of the legality of this decision to deny a legal tender – whether there exists any situation, condition, provision in the constitution and relevant acts to do. And if such situation. Conditions, provisions exists, whether such situations, conditions and provisions were applicable to your company or not.

                          6c. Are your employees specifically told and directed not to receive any written communication from the client? If yes, is this a part of any training process manual or verbally communicated to your employees or any written communication apart from this?

                          6d. Is there any committee constituted in your company which keeps a check on the misspelling of products of your company, including the services? If yes, then i request you to investigate the case in front of you in relation to mis-commitments from the centre head in question.

                          6e. Please put forth the terms and conditions of the package my wife has purchased. The terms and condition listed on your official website is not at all adequate for the purpose of purchasing any of your packages and products nor is the refund policy listed on the website.

                          6f. Please tell whether it is company policy and a direction to each of the centre incharge not to give in written any of the terms and condition and the refund policy to all your customers.


                          Finally, i must say that as a citizen of india and a competent officer it was my duty to put forth the management of the company some irregularities and discrepancies as observed in this case which must be thoroughly examined and investigated at your end. Generally, such cases are not reported either to the management or the relevant authorities but in this case i shall see that no stone is left unturned to take a corrective action. What i have reported is truest to my knowledge and to supplement the above facts i recorded my conversation with your employees at that centre whenever i got an opportunity and same shall be brought out at social media forums very soon.
                          This case may also be seen as an opportunity to take preventive action in future and the same is expected from the management of your limited company. The trust vested upon this management by the thousands of shareholders cannot be mundane and trivial.in such a scenario any assistance from my side shall be available and the present case shall also be carried to the right government forum so that small internal checks and balances can be set right the company.

                              I have been a patron of kaya skin clinic for the last 13yrs but i am finding that ever since the kaya clinic at emerald plaza merged with the clinic at viviana mall, the service has gone down to the dumps. Customers with appointments booked 2weeks prior - they insist on this, are made to wait for half an hour or even more even if they arrive on fixed date and time. Timing schedule is never followed and all sorts of excuses are provided. Also if two services are booked back-to-back, at times during the confirmatory calls ian informed that one cannot be done and the other is being shifted to some other time-worn when the packages are fully paid for. This has happened multiple times and this along with the long waits are extremely inconvenient. Even the therapist doesn't keep a track of what service was priority booked for that slot. On the whole this is disgusting and hence i ask for enquiry and proper steps be taken against the inefficient and careless clinic managers and personel

                                I bought a lotion (Acne free) in jan - feb 2017. Considering the pack sealed i did not open that i was supposed to use after peel session. Today i opened and saw date of manyfacture as june 2015 it means this product will expire in 1 month!!! This product when bought in feb was having 5 months expiry. How can you sell such products.. Atleast one year gap shud be there!!! Horrible experience

                                  I have been to Kaya for Acene treatment, the doctor said that she will clear all the Acene and it will charge around 25000 package .
                                  After that the nurse(assistants) started the treatment without consulting the doctor, they had been completed 3 sittings with three different doctors.
                                  They don't know for treatment to give !!! there is no coordination among them.Coming to Ambience and the Management side, Ambience is good and the main moto of management
                                  is some how they have to get money ... This is full of business no ethics no minimum responsibility... I FEEL THIS IS MY WORST EXPERINCE ...After all my sittings completed

                                      I have been writing mails to Kaya complaining about their hair removal services. Inspite of writing multiple times there has been no reply. I feel cheated and I have wasted so much money on the services.

                                      As promised the service does not seem to show any kind of improvement. When asked, they say I will need more sessions. Which means I have to pay a lot more.
