Today we visited the KFC branch Devyani International Ltd, Vijay Sai Colony, Whitefield Bangalorea around 2.20 pm and ordered the below Items

I have made the payment and asked the attendant to give the bill immediately after the payment. She told me that she would give in few mins.
We got the ordered burgers. French fries and coke was ok but both the burgers were not good. The chicken burger patty seems to be very old stocked. We were in a hurry, quickly had food and just before leaving I thought let me go and ask about the bill.
The attendant said some issue and she is not able to find the bill and later when I loudly told her that I am going to complain if I don't get the bill.
She quickly went inside and met her manager and both discussed something and Manager came to me saying he will make a bill from a regular bill book. When I denied to accept such bill, he made me wait for some time and brought a system generated bill which is not ours.
I made a payment using gpay (hdfc bank) and the bill shows payment made through icici. Also the bill had 2 Dips listed which we did not order.
It indicates clearly that it's not our bill. Giving a wrong bill and giving some old stock food is not at all accepted. If something happens to my daughter who had chicken burger today, who is responsible.
This is not at all acceptable. Request you to take this material seriously and take appropriate action.
