[Resolved]  KFC — did not get refund after paying through google pay

Address: Lifestyle PG Kaveri residency, Green glen layout , Bellandur, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560103

I ordered food through the online app (kfc online food delivery app) and i paid money through Google pay( yum restaurant private limited)
The online transaction was successful but the order did not proceed . It just says the order is still in your cart
I did not get my delivery / the order was not prossessed.
But i lost money .
This is unacceptable
