I have made an order from KFC app on the 10th of September 2023 and paid 969 via Paytm app. However the order number was not created and customer care executive stated that refund would be made within 72 hours. It’s been 7 days and till date I have not received my refund.
Today on 15th I made another call to customer care but was told that i will receive a call soon for the same but no one called. Very stressed and unhappy with...

I had made an order from KFC App at Gangtok Branch, Vajra World on the 10th of September 2023. Total amount of 969 was debited from my account but the order number was not created. I ordered KFC from swiggy under order number[protected] which was for wednesday bucket and medium popcorn chicken.

Both, the Wednesday bucket chicken and the popcorn chicken was overcooked, refried and delivered cold to me. Plus, the size of the Wednesday bucket pcs was abnormally small. The crust was tasteless and burnt.

I tried to order some food from KFC Kannur from the store itself on 4th September 2023 and the machine showed the total amount payable and I made the payment with gpay and the payment was successful. But the order was not placed. When I asked the staffs of the store they told me that sometimes it happens and the amount will be refunded to the source within 7 days. But I haven't received any refund till now. I want my money back....

I went to kfc near Salem new bus . I ordered some snacks and a water bottle. The water bottle price was too hight it's 50rs MRP for 1litre... I ordered 5 items on the KFC app of which the payment was generated and was amount was debited on Paytm UPI app but the order was not received and no intimation was given of the order either by the restaurant or by KFC India.
