KFC India — Forced to cancel order after it was delivered extremely late. No refund has been processed.

Hello i placed an order online for delivery through the KFC app at 8:00 PM on 1st May, 2024 from the KFC store at Raj Nagar Extension and paid through GPAY
The Order Number was K455A03637 and it was for Wednesday special 12 strips +4 dips . The amount paid upfront was INR 407 .
Now kindly understand my situation, I live in a hostel where the curfew is 11:00. We are not allowed to receive food inside the gate after that period . In the KFC app, the order page was stuck in "finding a rider" THE ENTIRE TIME, the estimated delivery time was by 9:20 but I assumed it to arrive by 10:00 PM just to be safe and i ordered . But the order did not arrive at the estimated time, but instead the order came TWO HOURS LATE THAN THE ESTIMATED TIME AT 11:30 in the night . The reason I ordered at 8:00 in the first place, and that too from Raj Nagar extension Branch ( which is just 15 mins away from my location ), is because I hoped the food would reach on time, but it didn't, and I was already sleeping when the delivery guy calls me and tells me that he is here . Now I can't receive the food and he asks me what to do, I tell him that I already complained through the KFC Feedback portal and that to take the order back, but the restaurant was already closed. He then asked me to wait while he called support, after about 20 mins I receive a call from Zomato support who ask me if I want to cancel my order and I say yes and they cancel it but they refuse to elaborate about my refund . During this whole time, I attempted to call both KFC support and the restaurant tirelessly, but none of them picked up my call . Even when it was nearing my curfew time, I tried to call them to cancel it but nobody picked up .
I have attached below the screenshots for proof from my phone for your reference . I have also attached the screenshots of the messages i got showing that order screen was stuck in one same thing . I have also attached a screenshot of the successful payment of the order through my GPAY .
I have censored my delivery addresse for privacy .
Kindly arrange for an immediate refund to my GPAY linked phone number which is [protected] .
