KFC India — Not providing payment receipt and not serving drinks with lid.

I visited KFC in GVK mall Panjagutta. I ordered food and they didnot provide bill and also charged me GST. I had ordered combo with chicken + french fries + drink. The order was take away. The drink was provided without lid, and they made me wait for 20 mins saying they are searching for lid and when I requested for purchase receipt the girls at the counter were calling their boss (who was away somewhere) to provide me purchase receipt and asked me to wait for him which will take another 20 mins to reach to the KFC stall.

I have object with both the things mentioned below
1. They did not provide me the purchase receipt
2. They did not provide me the lid for the drink which they provided me in paper tumbler. This could create mess in the mass when the drink spills out.

All of the KFC stalls or shops I visited in Hyderabad, India, never provide lid for drink. served in paper tumbler.
