KFC — order confirmation

Address: 560037

I had placed an order through kfc app.
The payment was successful but the order wasn't confirmed.
On complaining to local branch a mail id was given - kfcindia. [protected]@yum.com
A mail was sent with all the required screenshots and transaction id.
There has been no response from the department till now nor there is a suggestion of some other workaround for the issue like refund through counter or giving the same order free of cost.

Hi Athulya, this should not have happened. Please share your contact number, order ID and restaurant details. We will escalate your concern to our team and they will get back to you with a suitable solution.
Last time I visited kfc at janakpuri unity one mall on 23 Aug 2019 and was billed twice.I believe that it was done intentionally by the employee at the counter. I have every proof and details related to that billing amount and time.
