I have joined the kolors for the weightloss treatment on feb 2020 but due to the covid and marriage, myself can't able to continue the treatment so i request them to refund the amount but they are refused.

I've approached kolors btm layout branch for my weight loss treatment, due to some health issues i had to discontinue. When we approached the branch manager, they did not respond properly so we asked for the refund they responded very rudely and used abusive language. So should we approach any law suit or will it be solved by kolors authority....

Very poor response. I have given 5000 rs for joining fees, after 2 days some situation, i couldn't join. I am not receiving any products also. I am asking to refund my money. But he is not replying anything. Very bad experience....

I've paid for the kit on 26th aug and kit is not delivered yet and they said within 4 to 5 days it'll be delivered to me but now they say another 10days it'll take so refund me I'll pay you once the kit is delivered or I'll file a compliant in consumer court....

I registered with kolors for 20 setups out of which only 10 are done and more 10 are remaining due to lock down, just wanted to know if the further treatment would be provided post lock down mostly next year? I am not an obessed patient and i am just 24 years old. I have just belly fat and few portion of fat at chest level. I joined in kolors initially with 35000 rupess plan for the program of inch loss. Hi i had joined weight loss session with 80k. But present im unable to pay emi and my credit score is going down. Even in this quarantine i couldnt take my session and its nit useful for me. I just attended 2session. But its not helping me. So i want the refund....

There's no result of hair gain..they cheated . And staff behavior regarding payment is unacceptable....
