I purchased 300 club coins for 249 rupees. I paid using bhim upi aka phonepe. The money got deducted from my account. I did not receive the coins for which i was charged. Please take immediate action on this. Please refund my money or provide the clubcoins. Konami shouldnt be doing this. Please take immediate action.
I paid the money on 25-3-20 that is today. I have attached the phonepe transaction receipt for proof. My konami id is[protected]. I did not revieve the club coins. Money already got deducted from my bank account. Please take immediate action.
