Konami — pes 2020 myclub coin

I have purchase 300 club coins from pes 2020 mobile for ₹79, but the transaction failed due to an error that occurred in the transaction process and i haven't got the coins yet. So kindly credit me the amount that has been debited from my account at the earliest. This is the first time i am reporting such an issue from the pes team regarding the transfer issues. So i hope not to lose trust on them.
