This email is in reference to my konami pes 2018 purchase of 1050 gold coins for inr 799.

I have made purchase against 1050 gold coins and money has been deducted from my account, however i haven't received 1050 gold coins for my purchase.

Please look into this issue in order to provide me my gold coins or please provide me my refund back.

This is frustrating and unprofessional service from konami.

I have also forwarded my play store konami purchase of 1050 gold coins receipt in this email.

Please solve this asap.
