Konami — Ronaldo Pack

I had purchased Cristiano Ronaldo pack worth 1, 399 INR on the PES Mobile2021 via Google Pay App through PlayStore and the money has been debited from my account but I haven't received my pack (reward). Kinldy look into this matter and do the needful !!
