My saving Account has been on hold after my salary was credited.tis was done without my authorisation to bank to hold.i raise a complaint against kotak bank for holding my account. Kotak is the worst bank in the world. Their customer service, managers and everyone has no clue what is going on. They put charges of Rs 21, 609 in my bank account.

Leaving of unjust charges on accounts

I was charged unjustly by kotak mahindra bank on two occasions :
1) not making any transactions for the last three months, for which i was charged rs.460 without any prior intimation
