Dear Kotak Neo. Today I traded with my Kotak Neo App[protected] i bought a call of 47700 (02:11PM) whose price was 38 /- rupees at that time after that I was selling at 02:20 at the price of 42/- Rupees but at the same time due to hanging of Kotak Neo App I could not sell I tried many times at the same time but app for a long time The hang lasted for about 20 minutes. I think its not my fualt its done from your side. Due to which I got a loss of Rs. 6300 / - I also told this issue on toll free, but I did not get any strong support nor did I get my amount back yet, I am mailing you again and with screen short, I sincerely hope that you will solve my problem. +0 photos Was this information helpful?
