Kotak Securities — TDS certificate not provided for taxes deducted

I'am holding NRE trading account with Kotak securities and it is linked with Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Please note that Short term capital gains tax and Long term capital gains tax have been deducted from my PINS account. When my CA is filing my IT returns, the same is not reflected in the annual tax statement. Please provide me tax deduction certificates for period[protected] to[protected].
