I ve ordered a day n night sunglasses from kraftly.com via order no #[protected] and paid rs 402 and on 4th may 2008 i received the item but after opening the pkt ifound a completely different and cheap sunglass as shown in their advertisement. I feel cheated. Ihence request you to kindly exchange with ote one shown in the advt. Or else refund my amount asap. My name is sandeep mohanty and mob no - [protected]. Please do the needful.

I have ordered a New look stylish fancy goggles with heavy box to carry 35 on dated july 1, 2018 by kraftly.com with my order #[protected]. But company sent me totally different goggles through "The Vivaan Shopping Mall". So i want to return this product and refund my money
