I have taken krazy be loan in the year 2017 and cleared all the loans but still it showing active. In addition to these their is showing another active loan in the name of WOODSPL and this loan is not taken by mm, and also it showing name and address of another person . I actually lost my mobile and iam not using that number i was willing to pay the amount but iam not able signin to the account and i only took 1200 from krazy bee but in my cbil report there are 2 different loans one us krazybee and another one is iifl together areond 7100 where as i took only 1200 which effected my cbil please rectify that and report to cbil and guve me acess to my account to pay the amount...

I have taken a loan from krazybee way back in 2017 and for some medical reasons i was unable to repay the loan for some time and then cleared the entire amount in 2018. Krazybee has reported correctly but iifl has constantly reported fake reports and has updated as written off which is severely affecting my educational loan applications time and again. I was baffled to see the banks rejecting the application after all the documents were perfect...

Sir,
I never get any loan even I never been applied for loan but I found a loan amount of 3000 from krazybee in my cibil score. Then I lost my good cibil score that is why I am facing some problem in my life.

Therefore I request you to correct my loan for my best cibil score. I will be highly obligged to you.

Hy i have the repayment of my loan which is 3152 which was taken 3years back i made the payment last week through paytm and it was sucessful but in when i check cibil score it is still showing i have active loan of 3152 in krazy bee i have mailed u guys twice with all the proofs of transaction plz to respond ..are else i wud file complaint in rbi...

In 2017 I have taken two loans from Krazybee for which not a single emi was delayed and yet two show active on cibil report. My cibil report damage because of your fault. And now I am trying to contact with your customer care but not any response from you. Now I registered a complaint Krazybee in indian consumer care.

I have applied for 20000 loan to buy a laptop in amazon. So the company provided me with two gift cards of 10000. But, one of the card was already an used one. So, when I raised a complaint they asked me to file an FIR. The police we're not ready to file an FIR when I reported the issue to KRAZYBEE they gave me an other gift card of 10000 and promised me that they would close the gift card. I paid my loan in March 2020 and I didn’t took any loan from IIFL. The amount which I took from krazybee is the same amount appeared in IIFL so I used krazybee credentials to login IIFL It opened so I seen that I didn’t paid loan to iifl but I paid in krazybee but they didn’t updated to iifl...

In 2018 I have taken four loans from krazybee for which not a single payment was delayed and yet i see two more similar loans created by iifl with late payments which has ruined my credit score. I am attaching my credit score pdf for reference, please fix this issue as it is causing troubles for mistake which is not mine. Also I got a legal notice from iifl side. Please look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest
