Laundry Boy — Clothes not delivered

I had given some expensive clothes on 7th October to the laundry boy executive. Today is 17th October and I have not received the delivery. When I call the CC, they just put me on hold for some time and cut the call. They promise to call back in 30mins and it is close to 3 days and nobody has called.

When I call the executive who picked my clothes, his response is very simple. My work is only to collect and deliver clothes. If the warehouse does not give us the clothes we will not be able to deliver.

Such a shameful service. They are playing the fool with client. Totally unprofessional and I will never give my clothes again
