Laundry Boy — Pathetic service - don't know how to value customers

I had first scheduled an appt for sat (27th) when i called to re-schedule my appt for tues (23rd) they could not find me in their database. There is this women who harassed me and then i said i wanted to cancel. Next day (Having cancelled) i get 5 phone calls from laundry boy asking me where and when they should come. These people have no shame first when i scheduled they did not book the appointment properly then when i cancelled they booked it and called me again and again. When i called the call-centre those guys started acting like it was my fault.

I will never use this service.

I have respect for casa grande and thats is why i opted for laundry boy to begin with.

Shame actually!

You may have your processes in place but your people are dumb / ignorant and moreover they do not care.

Please ensure this does not happen to any other customer.
