Laundry Boy — refund of security deposit

Please let me know how can i get back my refund of security deposit from laundry boy company. Its run by casa grande company. I had contacted the customer care no. They said it is not registered id, when i said i have the details, she said they ll arrange for a call back. Havent received any intimation as yet. Its been over a week. Please guide me as to how can i get back my refund of security deposit
