Please let me know how can i get back my refund of security deposit from laundry boy company. Its run by casa grande company. I had contacted the customer care no. They said it is not registered id, when i said i have the details, she said they ll arrange for a call back. Havent received any intimation as yet. Its been over a week. Please guide me as to how can i get back my refund of security deposit...

Worst, earlier they used to be good. now they are pathetic, they have got my 500rs, and my clothes are to be delivered it has been 15 days.. I am getting BP thinking about this. They are absolute piece of money sucking a**holes..
Better look for alternate services.. Hereafter i am not gonna give it to any services.. I will look for some laundromat instead.....

I had given some expensive clothes on 7th October to the laundry boy executive. Today is 17th October and I have not received the delivery. When I call the CC, they just put me on hold for some time and cut the call. They promise to call back in 30mins and it is close to 3 days and nobody has called.

When I call the executive who picked my clothes, his response is very simple. My work is only to collect and deliver clothes....

I had first scheduled an appt for sat (27th) when i called to re-schedule my appt for tues (23rd) they could not find me in their database. There is this women who harassed me and then i said i wanted to cancel. Next day (Having cancelled) i get 5 phone calls from laundry boy asking me where and when they should come. These people have no shame first when i scheduled they did not book the appointment properly then when i cancelled they booked...
