Payment debited from my account - but transaction failed notification received

The payment amount is debited from my account and sms received from bank,. But your payment acknowledgement says transaction failed why pl check and revert

Lic premium receipt not deliver

Balance aslo deducted in my account but premium receipt not deliver on my register email id, premium receipt problem always happend when pay online so please send me premium receipt on mail.

Complain about lic premium & payment receipt could not find my email

Premium paid by net Banking but receipt not generated and premium not paid

The premium amount Rs. 6569.00 debited from State Bank of India account no [protected]. But receipt of paid amount not generated and premium not paid till to date.

Therefore it is requested that premium receipt may be generated...

Haven't received receipt regarding payment of premium

I have not received receipt regarding payment of 2 policies even after lapse of 48 hours which is the prescribed period allowed. Details for the same are given below:-

The receipt regarding the same is expected at the earliest.
This was completely not expected, even to resolve the issue this is the only way possible.

Non deposit of premium by the postal authorities

I have been issued with policy number aps-nm-219672-l dated 16 sep 1998 with monthly premium of rs 395 which has been paid regularly till 31 dec 2015 from defence salary till 31 mar 2011 and then after retirement at head post office sikar till 31 dec 2015. Now the same is not being deposited by them stating that the same in not registered online. You are requested to get it registered online at the earliest please....
