I haven't received my paid premium receipt till date but the amount has been debited from my account. I have tried time and again to get the receipt but i m not getting any online response. I request u to kindly look into the matter and get the problem resolved....

But not received receipt till todate to my mail address . please send receipt to my mail address as given here under. [protected]@gmail.com This problem is every time I am facing after paying premiums through net banking. please persue the matter and do the needful to receive premium receipt of every transaction regularly without delay...

I want to change my address, but after roaming 2-3 times to lic office and spending hours for this small job they are unable to change it due to their lack of computer knowledge. I don’t know how will be India be digital. :( :( this is the reason that privatisation is essential. they write like their office time starts at 08:00 am but I can’t found a single person till 10:30/11:00, why don't biometric punching applicable to them....
