Big frauds

I have ordered one cake, bouque and teddy through lovenwishes.I paid the money in advance around Rps.4300.I requested them to deliver the order on 24-sep-2014 midnight.I waited for entire night nobody called me.I was keep on calling on help desk number nobody picked my number.Luckily next day somebody picked my number and said delivery boy could not find the address(which is just bluff) so he was unable to deliver the order and they will...

Bad service

Order Request No: LW108266 - I will never use this florist again. I ordered flowers for a 25th anniversary. They sent me an email that the flowers that I ordered wasn't available and could they substitute? They sent the email at 11 am IST on the day that the delivery was to take place instead of calling. Due to the time difference, I could only reply at 4 pm IST. They said it was too late and would deliver next day. I said ok and expected...
