Voucher not received even though payment is successful

Purchased a voucher and paid rs950 through paytmupi and the transaction was successful but i didn't got the voucher yet
I request you to please solve my query and either refund the money to source or produce the voucher...

voucher payment is successful but the voucher is not generated.

I have paid for flipkart voucher of 1000rs, i paid 950rs through googlepay, in google pay the payment in successful, but i didnt get the voucher. I didnt get the voucher but money is debitted....

I had received a damaged product and after a online complaint through your email ID there is no response yet

I had ordered food from your application and once it was received it was totally damaged and not at all proper.
I have submitted online complaint through email however everytime I recieve an email saying submit your response to the email even after Sharing the picture.

They are frauds

There customer support is very bad, plz do not refer anyone to this app, I had referred my friend in Jan, I got the Rs.250 flipkart voucher and when I was trying to use it in feb it was not working, when I complained about this to customer support early they started saying u will get it we are working on this, after I did multiple follow up via mail, in april started saying covid is there, it will take some time, etc When I raised issue there...

Customer paid me through magicpin 10000 and magicpin not allow me to withdraw

Customer paid me through magicpin 10000 rs but magicpin not withdraw my money they said you misuse the magicpin, they said you yourself reedem voucher and magicpay, i am not understand that even i dont know the customer that paid me throught magicpin how i get my money back at these condition, magicpin is fraud, they deactivate my account without money, few days later they send me 5000 its half of the transaction, and half amount they deducted...

magicpin dumped me for 10, 440 rupees

This company is totally fraud. My shop is of kitchen product. I just started magic pin. Till now i have redeemed 4 vouchers of different different amount. After 8 days o[censored]sing magic pin i requested for withdrawal of 10000 rupees. Since after that they blocked my account and they are refusing me to give money.
Can anyone suggest me any idea?...

I purchased the voucher of 1000rs get it to 500 but magicpin took money but didnt send the voucher i sended the mail more than 10 times but they didnt took any action and once again a voucher of 360rs get it to 180 in tht also i didnt get the voucher totally i lost 680 rs now 16 hours is over but they didnt have any response pls tell them to refund my money magicpin took 680 rs soo pls take action as soo as possible...

not refunding amount

I have to make payment twice. First, I have made through magicpin but PETOO RESTUARANT denied saying we are not partner with the magicpin. So I have to pay them through other payment. As per PETOO restaurant in Ameerpet, they are not accepting magicpin payments but the magicpin app is accepting the payments on behalf of PETOO . Also, magicpin doesn't have customer care number, we have to write emails for which they took ample time to reply...
