Food ordering from magicpin

I have ordered a butterscotch crunch cake(690gm) from Café Coffee Day via magicpin website. My order id is 16766057 and I paid 57.67 rupees through Paytm. But suddenly they cancelled the order and also refused to gave us the refund the amount. Please help me with this problem and find the attachment with it....

Cancellation of Food order

I order some food from this ### app and they cancelled my order without informing and did not refunded my money back..
I advice you all to please not order from this app they also don't provide any CUSTOMER care services...

My transition was successful but Magicpin shows my payment status failed

I paid Magicpin app through my DBS Bank payment, my payment was successful but Magicpin shows my payment was failed. Money has been debited from my bank account but Magicpin didn't complete my order....

Regarding My payment deducted but not get my order

Address: Flat S2, Plot 290

I do payment of Rs 296 for home delivery of food from Delhi Walo Ki Mashoor Rasoi. After paying I got CODE which I can not show to merchant physically because I want home delivery. Merchant deny to give home delivery with out showing code. I ask him to show the code over whatsapp but he denied.
Now deduct money I want to refund from magicpin team.
Also your given customer care number is not correct....

Hi Team,

I have ordered through magicpin on 25th Oct and paid online. Magicpin cancelled my order automatically and didn't refunded my money.
Despite chasing them through email/tweet, no one is responding.
Please help to get my refund from magicpin....

Voucher fraud

I have purchased the voucher of makemytrip from magicpin and magicpin have cancelled the voucher and issued the flipkart voucher without my concern and now I see flipkart voucher is not working and I'm messaging everyone all customer care still I dint get solution for this. This is magicpin team responsibility to get this sorted...
But I see there is no response following up with customer care from 2months, and also I have found out...

Worst food delivered

A merchant associated with Magicpin delivered worst quality of food. Even after reporting this and sharing the proofs with Magicpin they haven't resolved the issue.
It is the second event in row but no improvements have been made but Magicpin...

Pictures Posted on google without consent

All the pictures that I had posted on magicpin are openly visible in google images. I did not give any consent for that. my posts were supposed to be private and visible only to me. I am unable to hide or delete the posts now and there is no option to delete the account as well....

Money not refund

On Aug 29 order was place with order Id 7886756 via magicpin application and payment of INR 104 was diducted from account but nither the food got deliver not the amount refunded. What kind of service are you doing. Is this the way are you fooling people and looting us for your own pocket filling?...
