I did the electricity bill payment of rupees 2770/- on 27/08/18. The amount got deducted from my credit card, but the bill was not processed.
Later after few days checked the Mahadiscom website, but still my payment was not reflected

I again paid rupees 2790 on 13/09/2018 from paytm . I got the successful payment message but still it is not processed.

Mahadiscom website is still showing that i have not...

The amount was deducted from my bank account but the bill payment was failed. As i checked with google pay customer service associates they told me the status of my transaction is resolved and msedc refunded the amount. But when i checked my account no refund was made by msedc or google pay.

Dear sir/madam,
I am residing at row house no. 8, lenyadri chs, plot no. 47/1, sector-19 'a', nerul (East), navi mumbai-400706.
We are three peoples living here and use of tubes/fans/ac, s and othere appliance are bare minimum in a day, even after we are getting abill of about rs. 5000/- to rs. 6000/- every month, since last 5 months, it seems to be extremely high for my level o[censored]sage. Though msedcl recently assured that 'www.mahadiscom.co.in' has been responding appropriately after resolving server issues, i have wasted my time in opening this website. Even after trying to visit the website multiple times a day i did not get single response from website. My 'energy bills' are still pending to be paid online. I want this problem to be solved immediately or give me compensation for loss of my time and money....

In last week of aug/18, 5 cements poles with wire were down due to heavy rains in my field crops, due to which my crops are damaged near about 3 acres
Moreover, the dp in my field named gopalrao dp is fixed on cracked cement poles and may collapse at any time and may cause heavy damage to transformer
My request is, pl remove the poles and wire from my crops and arrange to fix the dp on iron poles urgently....
