correction in name spelling

My application number for change of name is 15575278 but however my first name showing is meretheryil while it should be meletheryil.
The correct name should be meletheryil sukumaran dilip while its showing mereletheryil sukumaran dilip.
My address is at poonam supreme of virar west. Requesting to make the necessary changes in mahadiscom website.
I have already submitted all relevant documents along with application form....

unauthorized charges

I tried to generate the soft copy online but no bill is displayed.

high bill - faulty meter

My average power consumption is around 170 - 220 units per month. My latest power consumption for July - Aug'18 period is showing 405 units, which substantially high.

There is issue with the meter and it is functioning improperly. I have submitted my complaint over phone with customer care and even visited nearby MSEDCL Office. But, till date no-one has turned to check the meter functioning.

This is to inform you that we were regularly paying our electricity bill and always reading were 100 units each month . But the bill generated for July 2018 was for 3462 units was Rs 21, 700. incorrect electricity bill

incorrect billing-aug 2018

Pls note that msedcl have issued online electricity bill dated 19aug 2018 in which the current & previous meter reading of the bill is the same (14784), yet they have mentioned units consumed for the month as 329. Also i received an sms on[protected] stating that units consumed are 163. I visited personally to their office in vrindavan society thane, but was advised to come back after 2 days....
