Have applied for new connection in a building which has almost 90% MGL customers and paid advance and waiting for the connection for more than 90 days. Inspite of repeated calls on customer helpline standard response that will get call back and internally expedite to facilitate connection.
Unable to understand how come other customers who applied later to my application have got connection.
I definitely see possibility of corruption in facilitating new connection on priority to other customers who have applied later to my application date therefore and demand from MGL to furnish all data pertaining to new connections provided beyond 7 Aug'16 in our area under RTI Act.
