I have submitted the application form for a new pipeline gas connection on 15th January 2015. I was told that it will be done within 90 days... The cheque was deposited on 20th January 2015...
I spoke to the customer care centre on 30th March asking them about the update since no one had called me regarding the connection... Since then I have been following up with them and the only answer I get is that the request has been forwarded to the department. My request number is 2249673. I even called up the Mahanagar Gas Ltd office based at Solitaire Park Andheri East as I had submitted my document at this office...They asked me to speak to customer care... I have been running pillar to post but there is just passing of bucks between all the departments...
