I have booked a new connection in a gasified building in april 2016. the security deposit has been paid on 20 apr'16. i was initially given the installation date as 10 jun'16 which did not happen. thereafter, post a numerous followups, the date provided was 20 aug'16. obviously, on that day also no one came for installation of the pipeline.
As on date, i have been following up incessantly and every time the call centre employees provide only one feedback.. i am putting this on high priority and you will get a revert within 7 working days.
When enquired that provide me a feedback on the followup requests made on the previous calls, the executive on call says.. system is not showing up any details. when asked for the escalation contact point, they just provide the customercare id - [protected]@mahanagargas.com.
I don't understand why can't they provide a proper status of the connection to the customers. there is no clarity at all. there is no mail / letter / sms anything informing / expressing regret about delay in the connection. Was this information helpful? |
