Mahanagar Gas — emergency number

Four emergency number has been provided common for gasleak, gas stop, fire. I tried ringing for gas stop in all four lines it is stating your call is important to us and i waited from 10 minutes but no reponse This is kind of reponse of emergency number if there is fire or gas leak mgl will respond after full damage has taken place. Please keep separte number for gas leak, fire and seperate for gas stop. Otherwise your emergency number is worst than ordinary number waiting for 10 to 15 minutes but no response. This happend on 29th march at night 1100pm
