Hi,
I have been a member of Mahanagar Gas for the past 6 years now ( BP No: [protected], CA No:[protected] . We are a family of 5 members with 3 adults and 2 kids. Prior to shifting to our MIRAROAD house we have been using Gas Cylinders from Bharat Gas at Santacruz (w) and our 1 Gas cylinder had been lasting for more than 35-40 days
We have noticed that our Mahanagar Gas Bill has always been sent exorbitantly high to us, which doesn't match with our consumption required for our family.
It seems there is some serious problem either with the copper pipes being used for our connection, the Gas meter installed or maybe some other reason because of which our Gas bills has been always so high
I want the concerned engineers from Mahanagar Gas to visit my house for an inspection at the earliest possible and get the same rectified URGENTLY. I have checked with other families in the locality and their bill amount has always been 65-70% lower than our gas bills.
I request the concerned authorities to kindly take this complain on priority and help us to resolve this problem as we have paid several thousand rupees in excessive bill because of the above problem
