We registered our complaint on Mahanagar Gas customer number as good as 8times in a row. Everytime we call they take our complaint but do not respond back. We get a patent reply saying within 24hours the team superior will call back but still we are awaiting for their reply.
The technician was supposed to visit the house for new gas connection but its been 3months now no one has turned up. This is quite unethical and unprofessional. The existing premises already has gas connection the technician just has to visit the site and do the installation for our house.
