We have registered our complaint on the Mahanagar Gas pipeline regarding new connection. We called them 8times in a row but no one has turned up.
This is highly unethical and unprofessional. Everytime we call the customer care support they say we will receive a call from superior within 24hrs-48hrs, still we are waiting for the call. There is existing pipeline in the building premises the technician has to come and visit the place and set the new connection. Its been 3months now for the complaint.
