I had complained (Docket numbers 4659620 and 4662178) that i received october 2019 bill amounting to rs.724/- which is exhorbitant. My last months bills were rs.241/- (First bill);rs.284 and rs.286/- for apr; june and august 2019 respectively. A technician came day before yesterday and declared that there is no leakage and also the meter is fine. And also charged rs.540/-for the visit. But my issue has remained unresolved. How can my meter jump so much suddenly specially since after servicing was done although i told him ours is a new connection but the serviceman said it’s for the entire building. Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest since my consumption is much much lower than the bill amount i received. Was this information helpful? |
The person who installed the meter took 500 from us and told us he will come to connect it to stove but now 45 days r over and no one has come up
