Mahanagar Gas — No pipeline connection even after payment

We had registered for mahanagar gas pipeline last year sometime in June 2015 however we have not yet received the pipeline connection.

The pipelines have been laid since long but no connection at home. Twice the employes of M.G. visited our house to survey. But they just left without any discussion. We even received a letter from mahanagar gas in mar 2016 stating that there is a delay but soon the connection will be made.. But till date nothing has been done. My BPN no is [protected]
