Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform that I Hardik Babla is the tenant and Pukhraj Mundra is the owner the flat of A 302, A/13, Yogi Sameep, Borivali West, Mumbai 400092.
We have applied for the Mahanagar Gas Pipeline connection for more than 100 days now and My BEP number is [protected]. My registered mobile number is [protected].
I had applied for the gas pipeline connection and all the documentation work had also been done .
After 45 days 2 guys came for fitting the gas pipeline and made some measurements where to fit the gas meter, than after didn't show up for next 12 days, after which i called customer care ..on which they said they dont give connection to tenants and I will have to submit an NOC letter from Owner to get Connection.
I hereby attached photo id i.e, my Pan card and NOC letter from my owner's side and mailed them from my mail id in next 7 days.
Than after 7 days i called up customer care to confirm that i have mailed them every document required by them and then they give stupid reason saying the mail has to be from owner's mail id. Now what difference does it make ??
Again after 5 days i called back to check when is the concerned person coming to fit the gas pipeline than they reply there is no answer from their concerned department who takes care of fitting. Now this is insane ..
Now they have stopped picking up my call only i have 7 times.. They keep me in que waiting for 15 mins and cut the phone.. Don't know what to do... Its embarrassing after doing each and every formality ..
Its is my family who has to suffer because of all this..
Theprocedure has already consumed a lot of time, so i request to please take action into the matter asap
Please do the needful in the matter, considering it as an emergency matter.
