I had complaint as i was getting very high bill several times. First i did meter check in the month of october where it was informed my meter is fine. Than too i used to get high bill. Later again i complained and asked to do complete check where issue was found and rectified. (With no recommendation from your end)
Now since issue was there why should i pay such high bill. Since several months i had already paid such high amount with no fault of mine. While complaining several times why did agent didnt inform me to go for complete check up. When technician who came for meter check why didnt he noticed there is something wrong?
I also visited your bandra office which was again of no use?
When i already paid such high amount to yll with no mistake of mine why should i pay now after rectification? Was this information helpful? |
