Mahanagar Gas — wrong Gas metering reading

As per the bill previous bills we used to receive consumption of SCM 8 -3 Units never we have used 72 SCM units within two months . We would request kindly attend mine complaint for excessive Charges Rs.1800 /- (72 SCM) .. Also no one from Mahanagar Gas had come to take the reading. The bill is prepared randomly.
