I booked a air ticket through make my trip.com of paramount airways on 28.07.2009 from guwahati to agartalla which costed Rs. 3154.00 but this flight was cancelled from paramount airways and they confirmed me that the entire money of cancelled ticket will be refunded within a week time. But till date no money is refunded. On verification to paramount airways i came to know that from their end they refunded this money to make my trip's account. But during conformation with make my trip they suggested me to check the payment status in their website with booking id when i entered the booking id the system denied any claim. The details of the ticket is mentioned below with this complain. please take this matter seriously and take necessary action in order to resolve my problem.

    I had booked my eticket from makemytrip to travel to Jaipur from Chennai to Mumbai to Jaipur and on the eticket they captured my name wrongly as VIJUJOHN JOHN instead of Biju John i was clear when i told them on booking they also accepted the mistake. my booking was done on the 20th of august for flying on 24th. I found the mistake as soon as i received the eticket called them back and told them to correct it but they asked me to cancel it and rebook it with the cancellation charges. Feels like they care just for commissions and not customer service. I have attached the eticket below...

      I booked a return ticket from Delhi to Milwaukee (23 Aug’09) and back from Chicago to Delhi (7 Sep’09) in Continental Airlines through Makemytrip.com.

      The agent Parabjit Singh at Makemytrip quoted me a price of Rs. 132, 000/- for the return ticket. However I kept insisting him that the price showing in their website is far much lower than his quote. It was around Rs. 88, 000 for the same airlines and itinerary on their website. He told that these are fake prices showing only prima facie to attract customers, and they will be corrected in 5 minutes. Avoiding the risk of getting my card debited just to test the fares I confided in him and requested to book the ticket at Rs.132, 000/-. I had faith that the person sitting across is thinking of customer satisfaction.

      My faith was completely broken the next day when I browsed makemytrip.com once again to check the fares. The fares which I was guaranteeing the other day were still the same at around Rs. 88, 000/- and nothing changed at all. I was cheated by Rs. 45, 000 just by trusting the agent / travel consultant at makemytrip who overcharged me the previous day.

      Just to cross check if they are fake prices, I made a fresh booking at makemytrip, this time some new caller picked up the phone. He got the same itinerary booked for me at Rs. 88, 000/- and then I asked to call Parabjit on line and let me know why did he overcharge so badly for the same ticket. But he hung up the phone. Sent a mail to them immediately, but there is no reply.

      Thereafter I contacted Continental Airlines directly and managed to get the receipt of the ticket which makemytrip had booked from Continental for me….believe it or not below is the factual data.

      Finally I got my ticket cancelled from makemytrip (Despite their high deduction charges of Rs.8600) and booked it directly from Continental Airlines on their number:[protected]the number routes to Houston, but the callers are charged at local rates)

      Following lessons learnt:

      Please do not trust makemytrip.com / they can cheat you anytime and they have a plethora of stories to concoct.

      Book tickets directly on the Airlines website it may at times be marginally high, but you will have a peace of mind that you have not been cheated in some or other forms.

      Stay away from makemytrip and similar travel agencies. They make profits by marking up price over and above airlines’ basic rates….which is recovered from innocent customers. They are complete eye washers….trust the fact.
      My brother booked a ticket from Frankfurt to Chennai for the journey date 15.12.2009. At the out set makemy trip website had shown the fare as 35 K. So proceeded with the booking. After the entire booking was over he received a mail that his credit card was charged with 46K. On 7th he immediately lodged a complaint which was lethargically handled by make my trip services. since then I am following up with them to get the refund of extra amount charged to my brother's ticket . My brother's ticket b ooking ID is FLTINT[protected]. But I am not going to leave this buggers. If I don't get the refund amount I am going to pull these people to consumers forum.
      i totally agree with u that make my trip is a cheat

        I booked two tickets for Mumbai from makemytrip on 17th of may for INDOGO AIRTILES.I recieved a message from makemytrip that 8120 ruees has been deducted from my account. but i did not receive any PNR details from makemytrip. When i called them for this, they informed that there is no booking fo rme. I questiond them then, that how did you charge me when there is no booking. They informed that the booking was not confirmed from airline side. I then told that how can you charge me if there is no booking.

        They told me that i need to buy a new ticket and they will refund my money later.

        I HAD TO SUFFER A LOT OF PUBLIC HARRASSMENT AND TRAUMA as i was running on the airport running to find cheaper airtickets. then i went to Indigo airline counter. they informed that i have a booking for mumbai.


        I informed this to MAKEMYTRIP, they said that they need to talk to their technical team. thier responses were very delayed and pathetic responses.

        then i told them that i will go to the consumer court against them.

        I want a compensation from MAKEMYTRIP for this behaviour(providing wrong information and lack of service)

        MakeMyTrip — They did not deliver the trip vouchers after taking the money from me

        I have paid makemytrip Rs 7000 for holiday vouchers and dinning card but they did not deliver the stuffs to my address. They were supposed to deliver it within 25 days but even after more than a month they did not deliver. No one is responding to my mails from their side. My transaction ID is 8288708

          Hello, Add me to the long-list of the miserables who've used a Credit Card on MakeMyTrip.com & paid twice. On 16th June, I tried booking a ticket on Mumbai-Riyadh-Mumbai sector on makemytrip.com for 18th travel date. I was happy at the fares shown on makemytrip.com website as they were the cheapest. I was using a friend's (Mr Virendra K.)credit card trying to complete the booking. However, the site wouldn't take my booking citing problems with the credit card. Naturally, I gave up, But, soon as I received a call from their call centre (they must've gotten my details from the form I filled on their page). One Mr Avi Jain asked me why I abandoned purchase of the ticket & offered help. When I complained that the site was turning down the credit card, he asked us to try again. When that failed, I requested him to send me the ticket offline; i was willing to pay cash. He blocked the ticket & I was directed to their MIDC, Andheri office to pay in cash & collect the ticket the next day. I repeatedly enquired whether they'd still charged the Credit Card & he denied saying the transaction has not gone through.

          Since the fare was cheap, I dashed to their Andheri office the next day morning. I met one Ms Sangeeta Jadhav who completed the transaction & gave me my ticket for 18th June. Their booking ID is IN0906B04541 I was so enamored that I offered to send them a complimentary email for their good service, which I did.

          But, little did I know that my nightmare had just begun. When I came back from Riyadh, my friend called me to inform that makemytrip.com still charged the Credit Card with the full ticket amount. I was aghast. When I called Ms Sangeeta Jadhav in their Andheri office, she pointed out that this was routine system error & all I needed to do was send them a fax of the statement to reverse the charges. And then makemytrip.com's true colours started unfolding.

          I must've send 10 faxes, but on every call after that they claimed that no fax was received, inspite of we having a Fax sent confirmation. Then we sent the scan of the Credit Card statement. Again, none was received & whenever they received it, it was not opening.

          After too much pestering, their Gurgoan call centre asked to send the details now to their Gurgaon office. Again all the faxes sent were not received & their telephones just kept ringing away. I kept blasting away emails threatening to complain to consumer forums but nothing worked. All I kept getting was canned service emails repeatedly asking to send the statement scans again.

          Just on curiosity, I googled Makemytrip.com for consumer complaints & what do I find? They are notorious for this double-charging, snagging credit card details, cheating on refunds & what not! No wonder the consumer forum complaint did not work on them; this is their business model - double charge & loot whichever unsuspecting guy happens to give them their Credit Card details.

          Honestly, I don't know if I'll ever get back my money. The next credit card statement has come in with interest levied on their previous amount. I hope to get justice & money back. Also, I want to know if there is a way to punish & shut down fraud companies like MakeMyTrip.com.

            Dear All,

            I purchased a International Ticket from Make my trip guys. on 9.5.2009 but my travel date is 28th august only. i bought well in advance, unfortunately i would like to change my travel dates pls. note i bought ticket from them Bangalore - Las vegas - Bangalore for 52, 292/= only.

            For changing travel date they ask first 34690 !!! the amount is very very high for date change even though i agreed for that amount and debit the money from my credit card, one day later they called me and told if we want to amend the changes completely still you have to pay another 15, 000/= because of taxes changed !!!

            I said no, you don't want to make any amendments in my travel date pls. keep as it is old date and refund the amount which you debit in my credit card 34690/=.

            Meantime i spoken with British airways guys and United airlines guys they said we will charge only 3400/= for date change, but they could not do because Make my trip guys not at all giving the rights to change the date by Airline people., they give all the information / Rights to airline people only before two days of Departure !!!

            Until that they will hold the ticket / Information by them. and if passenger comes for any amendment they want to charge anything like that and making fool !!!

            So instead of booking Make My Trip may be directly we can book with airlines means if we wish, want to make any changes they will charge very cheap and also they will allott more mileage what they airline people are selling.

            Make my trip guys allott to customer Monkey class only for that we will get poor mileage and the same if we book with airline website directly means we will get good mileage.

            SO GUYS NOT TO PREFER MAKE MY TRIP FOR FLIGHT TICKET.

              My waitlisted ticket couldn't get confirmed & i'd to buy an ordinary fare ticket in eleventh hour & took a reservation from TC office with penalty charges.

              Normally when a waitlisted e-ticket is not confirmed the money is credited back to the respective account with nominal deductions when it is booked through IRCTC.

              MMT books the ticket in association with IRCTC but i didn't recieve any refund till date.

                Hello Sir/Madam,

                On the 3rd of July I booked a ticket from makemytrip web site i.e. www.makemytrip.com. I used my login ID to book a friends ticket which is allowed to my knowledge. I entered the passengers name and proceeded to enter the address. But, the passenger name got changed to the original ID name which i did not notice as i scrolled down the page. I booked the ticket. when i printed the ticket i found out that the ticket was booked with the wrong name.

                I called makemytrip.com and they told me that i have to cancel the ticket. I asked for a name change by they told me it is not possible so, they canceled the ticket.

                Ticket was booked at the name of Mr. Cafe Xtreme.

                There was no confirmation page to check the detail of my booking before making the payment. I was completely unaware of what booking i was making after filling all the necessary details.

                Even I had similar problem. I booked a ticket for one of my friend. but when I finished processing the ticket which I received was having my name instead of my friends name. Ridiculas, n makemytrip is telling to cancel the whole ticket n book it again.
                Guyz be careful with this makemytrip...they are cheaters...
                I had the similar problem today. This sucks!!
                Oh my god, same to me today. so I lost about 5000 rupee. this ticketing system is so bad.

                I just lost 6000 Rs on same issue. Never ever use Make My Trip.
                There is no body who is gonna listen to us and help on this. Worst customer support.

                  Dear ALL,

                  We have used Internet Booking for years. But now we have companies like MakeMyTrip.com who are cheating and robbing its customers. This is taking away all the trust from the conveniemce of Internet Booking through Indian Sites.

                  We had booked one ticket through makemytrip, but the ticket was not issued even after 48 hours, when we called up the customer care, they mentioned that there was a fault in the system and that our ticket has not been raised and will not be issued. They suggested us that since this ticket was not raised we will not be charged on the credit card and also suggested that we raise another ticket.

                  But ALAS!!!

                  Deepak Kalra and Team cheated on us!!! They charged our credit card twice.. When we apprached the Airlines, they cancelled the tickets and asked us to approach MakeMyTrip.. and when we are doing the same.. these guys are lying saying that they have not received the money..

                  Oh Come On !! Give me a break.. I have attached the screen shotr of my bank statement, which clearly shows that my card has been twice and the money has gone to makemytrip.

                  Can we all join hands and DRAG MAKEMYTRIP to Consumer Court??

                  Similar thing has been experienced by one of my colleague, and he got his monet back only after he threatened makekytrip to take to consumer court..

                    I contacted Make my trip executive to make a booking for Sitla estate, Nainital from 17th to 20th June 09. She confirmed the booking for 3 days and deducted Rs 16000 from my HDFC card (booking no.IN0906B 01996). When I called Sitla estate for directions, they informed me that they have no booking available on those dates and they had no booking in the name of Make my trip. I got alarmed and I immediately called Mr Kunal Bariya of Make my trip and he confirmed that there was a mistake and that they did not get the booking at Sitla.

                    He said that the money would be credited back into my HDFC account within 1 week, but it has been more than 15 days and the money has not been credited back.

                    How can they deduct money without confirming if a booking is available.More over I lost out on valuaable vacation time and also went through a lot of harrasment because I could not get any room last minute.This IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY SHOULD BE PENALIZED FOR CHEATING INNOCENT HOLIDAY MAKERS.

                      I have an approved pricematch request from Apr 9 2009 and today is June 10 2009 and I'm still waiting on the refund for that money. Everytime I call them, I find a new excuse from the rep., and consolation that its almost there and you shall receive the money by EOD or latest by next day in your credit card account.. and that was almost 50 days ago and I'm been patiently waiting on it.. but NO GO... I don't see in my account - When I called today they are saying that .. we were waiting on your cheque details... I don't know when they made the decision to send the cheque instead of the credit card refuund But there was no follow up from them to me on finding out the cheque details... This is ridiculous for the company that is boasting to be world apart from the mom-pop stores of the travel agents... The staff is courteous but how long can I keep my cool here??? I'll post comment back if they can process my refund in 3 days as they now promised, BTW it was may be 6th promose that they are making to me.. so their credibility is stake and I'm about to call/mail their CEO if this doesn't go well...Below is the history that I have noted down...


                      10th june- 6:44 am - $155 - I have just talked to Swapna and mentioned my concerns, she mentioned that matter was on hold because it needed my cheque details...I have given my details and this will be processed in 3 days.. by June 13...






                      May 25 - called at 9 AM EST and Milind mentioned that its out and refund will be hitting the credit card today;

                      - 29th April - talked with abhilasha and she mentioned that it will be cleared today and by Monday my account should reflect the changes

                      - Talked to Swati on Thursday, apr 9 2009, the screen shot is approved and the money will be refunded to my account in 10 days. They will be sending the conf. email on it as soon as it gets processed.



                      - Talked to Poonam on 4th Apr 11:55 AM EST; she updated that request is still pending with 'price match' team and I will hear back from them latest by Tuesday 7th Apr.

                        DEAR SIR,

                        I BOOKED A TICKET ON 28.05.09 FOR KOLKATA-BANGALORE AIR INDIA

                        FLIGHT DT 30.05.09. Rs. 7001/= WAS DEBITED FM MY ACCOUNT. BUT SUDDENLY LINK

                        AND ELECTRICITY CONNECTION TO THAT COMPUTER IN CAFE WENT OFF AND I COULD

                        NOT GET MY TICKET OR FLIGHT ID.

                        WHEN I CONTACTED MAKE- MY- TRIP, THEY THOROUGHLY CHECKED AND

                        GAVE ME A MANUAL ID-- IN0905B70111 FOR FURTHER REFERENCE. THEY TOLD

                        ME THAT THE MONEY IS LYING WITH THE ACCOUNTS DEPTT AND IT HAS BEEN MADE

                        A REFUND ID AND THAT I WOULD GET MY REFUND WITHIN 72 HRS.

                        NOW, 11 DAYS HAVE PASSED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.

                        I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH MAKE-MY-TRIP FOR LAST 5 YRS AND I WAS EXTREMELY

                        APPRECIATIVE OF ITS SERVICES. BUT, THIS HAS BEEN MY WORST EXPERIENCE.

                        EVERYDAY, I HAVE TO NARRATE THE STORY FOR 'n' NUMBER OF TIMES BUT TO NO

                        AVAIL. KINDLY TRY TO MAKE REFUND OF Rs. 7001/= AT THE EARLIEST.

                          My booking ID [protected]
                          I booked an international ticket from their website after making 100% payment on 6th of June, but E Ticket was not issued. After 48 hours they are telling that we are unable to issue me the ticket & they reunding my money.
                          When a custmer cancel the Tikets he is panalized by Air line as well as the booking agent but when the agent fails to provide the ticket after confirmation who will panalize them.

                            Hello,

                            I have had the worst customer care experience with the makemytrip. I seriously am so much frustated with the way customer care talks and answers your query.

                            I wanted to reschedule my parents tickets because of medical emergency which was booked for 29th Aug (PNR No. - YQC4FA). I called up yesterday (5th June) and talked to "Ruchika". After talking for an hour on phone she told me that the reschedule penalty is 300$ plus the airfare difference. I asked her to book it for 14th of july because on makemytrip website I could see the airfare was $726 per ticket (means the airfare difference would be $4). She told me that the airfare difference on her system is 100$. I do not understand why two interfaces of the same system is giving such a big difference. She explained it to me that sometimes airlines put extra charges for the reschedule. I asked her whats the cancellation charge? She replied after "10 minutes" and checking on the system that its the same as reschule penalty which is $300. I said just go ahead and cancel my tickets and I will book it again from your website. It was saving me 200$, makes sense?

                            She said if she can call me back after doing all the formalities and confirm it. I said I am fine with that.

                            I did not recieve any calls from makemytrip for one day. After checking on the website again I found that airfare was increased for 14th of July. Even though I could see for 15th of July its showing 724$ (airfare differnce of $2 from my original fare).

                            I called up again today (6th of June) and I talked to "Sapna". After again going through the same process and an hour long call, she told me that the airfare difference is $60, why? On your website its showing 10 different flights with airfare difference of $2??? she explained that she is giving me the confirmed seats and on the website you never know if its confirmed, weird isn't it???

                            I asked "Sapna" to just cancel my tickets (I wanted to avoid all this discussion) and I will book it through website. She told me that cancellation charges are $375??? Why "Ruchika" told me its $300 and I asked her the same. She said "oh its Ruchika, let me talk to her" and after talking to her she said "by mistake she quoted $300 to you"? MISTAKE after checking the system and after an hour long waiting on call?

                            I asked "Sapna" if I can talk to any supervisor or Manager because I am not getting the answer. She said that nobody is there and they will come at 10:30 AM (right now it should be 7:30 AM). So all the agents work without any superior in the company? When I asked she gave me the names of her Manager "Gaurav Kamboj" and "Deepthi Khare".

                            With no other options I contacted the web chat if I can get some answers there. I talked to "Rishabh Bhardwaj". After explaining him everything he mentioned that he will connect my chat to the concerned department. He connected me to "Sapna" again, what a coincidence???? I am speachless! I asked her if I can get the phone number or email id? she did not reply back to me. THERE IS NO ANSWER ON THE WEB CHAT FOR 20 minutes! "Are you there Sapna" and the answer is "yes", but where are my answers?

                            I don't know what should I do and where should I contact. If this is the customer care service I am sure makemytrip will fall down very badly in future. In this age of so much competition you are causing so much inconvience for the customer and wastage of time. There is no answers and everybody is quoting a different price, and the best part is there is no synchronization in your own system? And you don't get your answers at all.

                            I am really afraid If I want to do business with makemytrip again! I have been a customer since long but I seriously dont want to go through makemytrip customer care at all.

                            Could you please help me out in reschedule? or please help me talking to anyone responsible and who knows the process! Please someone answer why there is so much money difference in the makemytrip website and customer care system? Does they pull air fare from difference resources?

                            If there is anybody listening please contact me on my phone[protected], or please reply back to this email. I will really appreciate it.

                            I am also forwarding the transcript of the chat I recieved on the email. I wish if it could have shown how much I had to wait for a reply.

                            I Have taken membership of make my Trip.
                            I am following up with make my Trip Customer Care from a long time still i am not getting any response even as discussed to provide confirmation on mail. Havent received the gift till now pending from last 15 days.
                            At the time of making member these people call us thousand of times but I think so providing services to their member is also their responsilility.
                            Bad impression from my side regarding Customer services which these people are providing to us.
                            I have been calling on that toll free number from a long time but it is always busy.
                            Is there any other number where i can contact or I have to terminate the membership.
                            There is no doubt they are cheaters. They have cheated my brother by charging excess fare over and above what was available . From 06.11.2009 to till date i am contacting them to get the refund amount of excess fare charged but they are keep on postphoning . I am going to take up this with consumers forum
                            I am Manish Gupta working in the ONGC as a Geoscientist, i used to book flight tickets from mmt sight. one day on 23rd oct, 2009. somebody(Mr. Himanshu arora) call me from mmt office that you won a domestic fair boucher worth rs. 6616. I purchased that one on 27th oct, 2009. The transaction ID is 5538. today is 13th dec, 2009 still i am not getting that boucher but they told me that you will get that boucher with in 15 days.
                            I have been conveyed my problem to mmt customer executive Ms. Neha but she always used to talk me that, we have been sent the boucher. if they have been sent then where is it.
                            I have been totally frustrated now i will take the help of Advocate or consumer court to take the action against Makemytrip. actually they are harashing the respected cityzen of india

                              I traveled to Thailand along with my wife on a package tour to Pattaya and Bangkook from 16th to 20-th May 09.. The company had tied up with Welcome travels at Thailand for coordination. The organisers are only interested in going through the motions of a trip in a foreign land and fleece you for everything. In Pattaya, one is left to fend for himself and all the activities are charged indirectly. So one pays for the parasailing, diving and for visit to the Aquarium . The only thing free is the boat ride to the Coral island.

                              At Bangkok, the so called city tour finished with just the visit to two Budha temples. The guide despite indicating that we have seen the gem factory insisted that we visit it (apparently there is a commission on this). We had to pay for the visit to the Safari and the marine park though it was indicated this is included in the trip.

                              The worst part is that the Hotel with which they had arranged accommodation at Bangkok (Princeton Park...) extracted half day charges though no information was given by either Make my trip or by Welcome travels about the check out timings. The programme just said that we would be departing for the airport on 20th May (evening) at 6 pm fo the air port. The agency had made no provisions for paying up to the time of our departure and we were locked out of the room . The desk staff were rude uncivilised in their behaviour and threatened us saying that they would not open the room unless we paid them . The guide and the coordinator after a long chat insisted that we pay the Hotel which was not indicated anywhere. The trip was spoiled by the agency, the Hotel and the trip organisers who had left many loose ends.

                              We were drained with all the arguments and were forced to pay the Hotel . This despite having deposited a caution deposit of 50 Canadian dollars at the desk. On my return I did complain to make my trip. While one of the representatives (Ms Mariam)did contact me there has been no progress at all. I suppose I have to file a complaint with the consumer forum and seek damages for all the mental torture and inconvenience that we were put to .

                              Over all a very unpleasant experience with the agencies concerned in organising this package tour.

                                Reason for Complaint : PNR no. given 1 hour before Departure

                                It''s regarding my booking id FLT[protected] . MMT generated and send an SMS of PNR no. one hour before departure of flight .
                                I had booked this ticket for Mr Vipul Jain four hours before departure of Jet Airways Flight no. 9W-914, from Del - CCU (Kolkatta) Dep time 20.40 hour on 27th January 2009. from MMT . Mr Vipul Jain was residing at Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi and its took more then 1 hour to reach the domestic airport in the evening when there are lots of traffic Jam in Delhi. So its not possible for the passenger to reach before closing of check in which is 40 minute before departure of flight.

                                As it is a NO SHOW case I got refund of tax only which is only Rs 2975/-
                                and the total cost of this ticket is 4720/- . So I lost almost 1745/- without any fault and with the help of MMT.

                                  Dear All, I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to Delhi using the webportal www.makemytrip.com. Amongst the set of flights shortlisted, I chose one which said 50% discount on the basic fare .

                                  The flight no was G8152 Mumbai Delhi bearing PNR No: BVZ7UA dated May 09, 2009.

                                  After a few days of booking the flight when I did not receive the credit as expected, i called up the customer support. On inquiring, I got the response that a fine print in one of the Terms and Conditions said

                                  "This Cash Back offer is valid for all Indian credit/debit card holders and net banking users on all GoAir return tickets purchased on MakeMyTrip.com between May 03, 2009 and May 31, 2009 for travel completed by June 30, 2009.".

                                  Though everything was fine except for the word "return ticket" . I wish the company had been louder in conveying that I was not eligible for the discount, then it would have an informed decision. I believe the site has cheated me and should have communicated the information.

                                    I am 3 year old customer of make my trip. My login id is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                    I am very disappointed with the last Hotel Booking I made. I call it a Hotel Booking, because as usual, I selected the Hotel Option, selected the City, specified the check-in and check-out dates and searched for HOTELS. On the search results, make my trip displayed showing 120 Hotels of 120. I clicked on Book icon against a Hotel listing named - Transit Living, HAL Airport Road. This hotel reservation was for my Dad and Mom who were traveling to Bangalore for a day.

                                    When my Dad could not locate the hotel for 3.5 hrs he was expecting to find a rented house in a residential complex totally unfit to be called a hotel. When I search for hotels in your website I expect hotels to come up and NOT Service Apartments.

                                    I have spoken to telephone executives (Vishal and his supervisor Rizwan) They repeatedly kept me on Hold for long hrs and kept giving the same reply, sorry we cant do anything about it. NO REFUND

                                    My dad walked out of that apartment the moment he saw it. Luckily he found himself another hotel in Majestic area (hotel heritage). We have not used the services because it was not a hotel. The representatives claim that the website clearly states that it is a service apartment.

                                    Let us be honest and if you see the hotel listing, the website calls Transit Living, HAL Airport Road-Bangalore a HOTEL atleast in 7 locations. The place where it is mentioned is in a more details link, which experienced make my trippers would not visit. Service Apartments are NOT hotels.

                                    I have paid 1250 INR towards this booking. This money means a lot for me, and I have to slog to earn my living. Make my trip should not rob me of this money.

                                    The hotel booking voucher also calls the place a HOTEL and not a Service Apartment.

                                    I really expect a lot from Make my trip in this case. We have not used the Service Apartment. Like any other service centric/customer centric organization I expect Make My Trip to relook into this matter and respond to the customer's dissatisfaction.

                                    I myself work in a company which is a service centric organization. I also attend to customer problems many times and my job is to resolve them. I expect the same from you.

                                    If I receive a standard pre-formatted text reply stating .."Mr Nair, we regret the inconvenience caused, ... but we cant do anything... because of policy... and so on:..." I would never visit that make my trip website again. If you consider me as a valuable customer, then make me feel that.

                                      i bought great india vouchers via transaction id 8997119. the information provided me at the time of purchase was totally wrong and misguided to me. so i registered a complaint to ms. neha on[protected] but reply from her unsatisfactory. then i registered a complaint via makemytrip website Reference ID: [[protected]] great india festival offer scheme so far no response from them. i was told that your welcome kit will reach in 20 days but not yet received also.

                                      We paid approximately RS330000/- which included RS 125000/- extra to make my trip for getting a package with a 3 star hotel.When we reached leh the company had booked us in a ordinary hotel.
                                      In spite of several followups company's management have not paid any attention to our complaint.

                                        I had booked the air tkt for my parents from cok to del by MakeMyTrip Booking ID FLT[protected] and
                                        PNR Number WTQJLQ on 4 Mar 2009 with travel date of 07 Mar 09. However due to some reasons the travel had to be cancelled. I cancelled the tkt on 06 Mar 2009 atleat 13 hrs before the commencement of journey. It appeared on the screen after cancellation that a sum of Rs 2000.00 has been deducted. Then I made fresh booking vide id FLT[protected] for 12 mar by the same flt. It is submitted the money for previous booking has not been refunded till date. I made lot of attempt to get the matter soughted out with the make my trip agency but they are totally silent..they are asking for a confirmation mail but i had not received any confirmation mail . I got a pop up on the screen at the time of cancellation. Pse help me out. AN amount of atlest 8, 000 is required to be refunded

                                        make my trip should refund. write to press and newspaper. especiallt aaj tak etc. tell them about the things these people do. at least other people will be saved. make my trip should close. i have lot of complaints.
