Please go through the email and enclosed photos. Just see how irritating you will be if you go through this. See the service / workmanship in fitting seat cover, that is shown by your dealer. Please go through the enclosure. Please think all these things are done to you. Place yourself in my position and tell me how will you be feeling? I want you to reply. I gave enough time to fit the cover actually more than required. I left car for two days. there is no dedication and workmanship in any of the work which your people doing. If your service was like this why should I come to you? I should have gone to local shop. I would get much better service. I have my colleague who fitted cover in a local workshop which is much much better than yours. they done it so well. That too for less cost. I gave you one month to build the stock of graphics and you could not even manage the stock. I sent the vehicle only after your Mr. Babu confirmed that he will arrange the graphics and he doesn't arrange it. Tell me what is your intention to irritate customer? And he never updated me about the non-availability of graphics even after two days. I gave the vehicle on Wednesday morning and I dint get any update till thursday evening 0400pm, then to know the status I myself called him. Then he says he needs one more day.. If I wouldn't have called I wouldn't have got the vehicle on time. He was planning to keep it for another day. even after keeping car for one more day I am not sure he would have given the best service. How can he decide to keep the vehicle without even discussing it with me? He tells me only after I call at 4pm second day. I called him to know what time he will deliver the vehicle. but reply I got is he needs one more day. What did he do for two days? And you deliver the vehicle at 0830pm in the night when half of the kerala would have already slept. Both during first delivery and during delivery after service. You know Popular calls one week in advance to remind and fix the date of service. They will pick the vehicle at 10am and deliver it back before 0600pm. They will call during the day once to confirm the completion of work and they will enquire about feasible time of delivery. whereas you never bothered; Even though I had paid you entire money for all accessories, and I had informed well in advance that I need all those. you were not bothered during delivery of new car but atleast you should have taken care after one month, I had given you entire one month and you are not even bothered you just ignored because you got the money and so now its not your headache, Its my headache to get it done? ok even after I reminding about the requirement you don't even meet the requirements. You have a very bad habit of taking customer for granted and you feel you can do whatever you want do with customer. Your attitude will cost you. I never got a call. not for reminding nor for any other reason and not even to say that you couldn't fix the graphics, only when I call I get to know. But you have taken money in advance even then you are not bothered. I checked my colleagues car after service they cleaned the interior and exterior so well they even applied wax to interior. Now when I see mine after service I get irritated. I spent two days and petrol for around 100km what is the use? I am wasting both my time and money and I don't get anything satisfactory for that. you see the photos attached and tell me is it worth paying for the service which you have given. Now you will tell me you have not taken labor charge, but I have not asked for that, I wanted best service, you couldn't give that, you cannot compromise on quality of service for anything If you are not interested to give good service you should have told me in-advance. I would have gone to some other workshop. Now you say you will take care of customer and your staff is not even bothered. I will just remind you how you have made me mad, (here you means Mr Sijeesh, who was representing you) 1. I wanted to buy a car Maruti Ertiga. so I contacted two dealers popular payyanur and Indus kannur. 2. I found the vehicle price offered by both to be same but the cost of accessories which I had asked was costing around Rs4000 / - more in Indus offer. 3. Popular had arranged the test drive and I decided to book the car from popular then the sales representative of Indus had contacted me and promised the delivery of the vehicle on next day of the payment of money whereas Popular wanted minimum seven days for delivering the vehicle. 4.The offer of delivering the vehicle in a day was only reason why I changed my decision of booking the car from popular and I decided to book the car from Indus even though the overall cost was on higher side by around 4000 Rs. 5. By booking the car in Indus I had compromised on the availability of service centre of Indus Motors, even though the overall cost was on higher side by around 4000 Rs. 6.The glimpses o[censored]nprofessional attitude of the sales representative were seen in the silly mistakes which were there on the quotations which he forwarded to me. In one of the quotation he even missed the road taxes. 7.I am not asking you anything extra or out of this world. I just expected that you meet promises which you only made and nobody compelled you to make those promises. Its your habit every time you make promise and break it. I think you get some happiness by breaking the promises or you get some happiness after seeing customer unhappy. 8.Only good thing the sales representative done was, he paid the booking amount of 1000 rupees from his pocket ( that I paid later ). He paid the amount because he could not come to collect the money. 9. I booked the vehicle on 15 Sep 14, I gave all my requirements of accessories like seat cover, graphics under body coating etc and meanwhile I applied for loan, bank required one week time for processing the loan.And bank told the loan will be approved by Monday 22 Sep 14. I gave the same information to sales representative and I asked him to make arrangements to deliver the vehicle as per the commitment of delivering it next day of payment, which he had made. 10. In between I tried to contact him to get the status of the vehicle; his attitude was totally changed and he never gave me exact status at-least 5-6 times I called him and always he used to give silly reply like he is not in office he is meeting with GM. on 18th Sep I asked him to give his managers phone number because he never gave me exact information. when I asked for managers number he told he will arrange the call back from manager on 19th Sep morning 1000am, I waited till 0500pm on 19th Sep I didnt receive any call back either from manager or from the sales representative. then I decided to call him back, he replied saying he didn't go to office that's why he could arrange call; I asked him about the status of car, he was unaware and again he told he will arrange call on 20th Sep. again same attitude repeated I didn't receive any call on 20th, I then waited till 22nd Sep. After booking whenever I call you 70% of time you don't pick the call. and When I ask the status of delivery you are not even interested to talk to me. and many times I get a reply that you are not in office and you where with your GM thats why you couldn't pickup the phone 11 On 22nd Sep 14 I waited till evening 0500pm and I did not receive any call. My loan got approved on 22nd and I called to inform that the loan got approved after two three try he picked up phone and I informed him that the money has been transferred to your account. Then I reminded him about the promise which he made thats delivery of vehicle next day of payment. Then I asked him about the status he got angry and started shouting, he even told me that you can cancel the booking; Just imagine how I should have felt, Just before 5 - 10 min I told him that money has been transferred; immediately he shouts and asked me to cancel the booking. and then he says He was in-front of a corporate customer thats why he shouted, imagine how anybody can shout to one customer infront of other customer that too corporate customer, I think he was thinking that since he got corporate customer he dont have to take care of my requirement, 12. Following is the copy of mail which he sent me after he shouted that day (you can see the commitment he made again: Sijeesh <sijeeshpit; Mon, Sep 22, 2014 at 7:17 PM To: chetan kumar <; Dear Mr.Chetan, Thanks for your payments and I will try my maximum to arrange to provide the car as I committed. Plz apologies if I talk wrongly. I was in front of one corporate customer at payyanur. I know, you want us to deliver after 48 hrs cash credited to our company account and this was I promised. Additional half day required to fix the accessories which I discussed during our early communication. Kindly cooperate and appreciate your patience. Thanks Sijeesh Sent from my iPhone 13. So as per his commitment he should be delivering the vehicle by Thursday 25 Sep 14 afternoon. The money was transferred on Monday 22 Sep 14 evening, If I add 48 Hours and half day maximum by 25th you should be delivering the vehicle. 14. I waited till Wednesday afternoon and I called him to ask about the delivery time on Thursday, he didn't pick the phone; after two three try he picked and was unaware about the status and he even not told me that its not possible or is it possible to deliver. 10. The I found Mr. Babu's number online and I called him; he told he is in meeting and he told he will call me after one hour. I didnot get any reply till one and half hour then I called him at around 0100pm on Wednesday. I asked him about the status of delivery of vehicle. he says vehicle is in transit and he will be delivering it next Tuesday or Wednesday that is 30Sep or 01 Oct 14. I told him I need it by Thursady evening. because you had committed and I had planned some of programmes accordingly, thinking that I will get the vehicle by Thursday, I trusted your commitments. When I asked him to deliver it on Thursday he told he will check the possibility and call me back in 20 min. I never got reply after that. 15. Then I got your number Mr Sameer. and I contacted you, and you some how could manage the vehicle on Saturday 27 Sep by 0530pm. and you told your representative will call me on 26th Sep to update the delivery status and time. I didn't receive any call till 0251pm on 26th, then sent him an sms to ask the time of delivery. He replies saying that he will check whether vehicle reached or not? see his attitude he didnot even check it till I contacted him. Even after all these issues and your commitment and directions. he told he will update me after checking it, I sent one more SMS at 0310pm to ask about the updates, he never replied, again I sent One more SMS at0413pm to ask whether he will be delivering it or not? again I didnot receive any reply. Then I again contacted you at 0615pm. you assured me delivery by 27th evening by 0530pm. 16. I recieved a call on 27th Sep at 0430pm from Mr. Sijeesh, he told he is leaving kannur by 0500pm and he will reach ezhimala by 0600pm. After receiving call from him I got ready and arranged a pooja at near by temple. I was about to leave my home to pick the vehicle at around 0500pm, same time I received a call from him and he says he is ready but there is an issue; He says he is not having the stock of seat cover and he told me he has not arranged the graphics because there three tyes of graphics and he was not aware which one to fit. and he says he will deliver the vehicle by next monday 29th Sep14 after fitting all those items. Now my question is why didnot arrange the stock even though you had enough time to arrange the stock and why didn't you told me about different graphics and why you have not asked me which one I need and on what basis you given me the quotation?, I booked the vehicle on 15th Sep and I told my requirements of accessories even before that. Then I called you and discussed with you Mr Sameer. Check below mail copy whic sent to Mr. Sijeesh about requirement of accesories. Sent on 13 Sep. you had 15 days to build stock and you have not done that. chetan kumar <gt; Sat, Sep 13, 2014 at 9:49 PM To: Sijeesh <; Please forward the quotation. I need to apply for bank loan. also provide me the final price of Underbody coating full mat Floor mat graphics seat cover reverse sensor spoiler 17. Then I told please deliver the vehicle that day itself, he replied he will reach ezhimala by 0630pm, accordingly I asked him to deliver it near the temple where I arranged the pooja at 0700pm that day. I went to that place at 0630pm along with my HoD, expecting you to deliver the car as per his commitment. I waited till 0815pm and I have not received the vehicle and no communication also. Meanwhile temple closed. Finally you reach after 0815pm. You deliver it without seat cover and graphics. You give me bills without sign and seal and you didnot give me any bills of accessories and you have not given me the warranty cards as well. Even temporary registration papers not ready, no papers of road tax payment. 18. I asked about the bills, then Mr Sijeesh told he will send those documents through speedpost. He even took 60Rupees as Charge for speed post just think how cheap any body be. you even take money to send the speed post. When I receive speed post I dont get bills of accessories, warranty card etc. 19. You had rupees 13100/- balance in your account. 20. When you delivered the vehicle, petrol level in the tank was very less it was not even enough to reach the nearest petrol pump. I had to take petrol from my bike tank to fill it to car to take the car to petrol pump. How any body be this ignorant? 21. On 29 th again I had to remind him again to send the documents through post, otherwise he would have forgot to send it. 22. He made me promise in reduction in accessories price and he told he will arrange corporate offer of around 2000 rupees reduction. I not even got that, 23. I had to submit entire bills to bank within three days of delivery, but I had to struggle to get that I got the bill after repeated reminders atleast 10 times I reminded for that and every time I get reply saying he will give it next day. finally I got it 0n 14 th Sep. 24. After all these every thing going to be fine now, but I got a new trouble when I went for permanent registration. Your great staff made mistake in entering the address in temp registration. In place of permanent address you wrote temporary address that tooo mistake in PIN number, In place of temporary address place was left blank, when I ask Mr, Sijeesh about this and solution to correct this he says blindly that there was no space to write both the address in the registration form, my question is, if there was no space in form why is the space provided in the registration certificate. and he says it is not possible it to correct. Then he blindly says outside Kerala address cannot be entered in registration form. I checked with my colleague, he told it is possible he was outside kerala and his both address was entered in RC. 25. I contacted JRTO of Taliparmaba then to get the solution and I could manage to correct the address. Just for knowing whether Mr. Sijeesh has checked the possibility I called him and enquired about possibility of changing the address, he again says same thing its not possible to enter the outside address. Because your ignorance I had to waste my time and I had to contact JRTO, 26. one of the mail sent by Mr Sijeesh shown below, ; tell me did you made any one promis from these We have already decided to provide Value Added Service like inside service twice in a month. Benefits; A) Time saving and visiting cost can be avoid. B) Update in your canteen notice board. So it will help to register and get service with same price or best price than market. C) Service like normal check up, cleaning & washing, oil and filter changes etc. D) Enjoy more times with your family and outside traffic time can save. E) Home delivery and after service also available from us 24/7. Now tell me how will you react, if this happens to you? Reply. I am waiting for your reply.     I bought Swift Dzire VDI on 8th September 2014 from Pathankot Vehicleades Pvt. Ltd and applied for RC on 1st October 2014. They told me to pay Rs 35357 then on 7th October 2014 they called me to pay Rs 2000 more saying that they had done a mistake in calculating the total sum. So, I paid a total of Rs 37357. Now on 3rd November 2014 they called me to collect my RC but also told that you have to pay 2% more as the RC rates have been hiked by 2%. They told me that earlier it was 6% but now it is 8%. Now, if they hadn't made a mistake on 1st October then my RC would have been charged under 6%. Why should I pay for their mistake? I am having a copy of the receipt showing the payment for RC on 1st October. Their general manager is saying that- "2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th were holidays. Then on 7th October our representative called you to pay 2000 and after I paid Rs 2000 the website was closed then on 8th October government had applied the new rate i.e 8% of the price of car." So, he's saying that its not their mistake. Suggest me how I can get my RC without paying for their fault.

      I have purchage an EECO 7 seater on 09/05/2014. There is a problem i have facing continuously from the date of purchasing to till now. There is some leakage in rear axle of left side . I have contact the Rohan Motors Ltd. Dehradun for services they have been check the vehicle and sort out the problem within 1800 km running.again i have faced this problem after 5000km running and services on a service station. but again i have continously faced this problem in my vehicle. And third time seal again leaked at 7200km running. pls register my complained and take an urgent action. i have contact on toll free helpline number [protected] to Ms. Priyanka & Mr. Rajesh. But both of them could not try to resolve out my problem and taking in a very offensive way.

        As discussed with you over the phone today, we request you to update the exact status of our vehicle and the delivery TAT. Also we really surprised about the current issue with the gear box, because the vehicle is only due for 1st service and as of today the car is used only 3750 Km. By the by this incident has shattered our confidence we had with Maruthi. But we still have hope on Maruthi and Popular Vehicles & services Ltd., Hence we request you to look into this issue as a top priority and deliver the vehicle by Monday Evening. If you couldn't able to deliver the vehicle on Monday, then pls arrange a standby vehicle from your end till our vehicle is delivered.

              Dear Sir, . I have given my car for service after one accident. They repaired and given to me in Jan 14. When they given me I had told to the supervisor I have complain in some parts. 1st one is the back side big glass which they have fitted that is completly defect. 2nd one the steering colour is also different. 3rd one dust is entering in the left side back light. From that period I have told many times to the workshop supervisors and also to the GM of your authorised dealer and service JYOTI MOTORS, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, but they are not listening.               Dear sir, I bought my car on17/2/16at baripada branch. They commited me that they give me bhubaneswar number but till now i donot get registration number.I complaint two times against them bt they do not response.so kindly u take ligall action

              My swift Dzire No. CH01AV9553, total run till now at 25000km app.. I completed all service through Autopace Chandigarh. Every time I complaint about under working brakes. Each time given assurance for everything would be service to satisfaction, but nothing was done. even many time I made revisits. now brakes are If one want to stop at speed braker the car stops after speed braker. due to bad braking system my car met with accident when with best efforts, and hand brakes application, car got badlly touched to ahead going Innova car. that and other two cars stopped for some reasons on the way.
              So it is requested to improove braking system in your cars. it is not me but most of dzire users and other will reveal the fact. it is company s resposibilty who is providing inferior brakes and service.
              I complaint over contact @maruti.co.in but response sought.
              So It is company s liability at least compensate, but loss of life if occurs due to faulty mechanism never be fulfilled.

                NON REPLACEMENT OF OXYGEN SENSOR BUT CHARGED THE PRICE OF IT

                I have given swift vxi after got into accident for repairing to UMA MOTORS, MATHURA. they didn't replace that oxygen sensor underneath the car. so the yellow light was flashing after that continuosly on the flashboard. after that i never got into accident, but they refused to accept this and now asking for full price for it.please help thanks....

                Team, This is to update you that our Manager Mr Tulashidas Rane had given our Vehicle (Maruti Dzire Tour - MH 02 CR 677) at your Islampur Service station (Chowgule Industries Pvt Ltd Islampur) for repairs on the 27th of August 2014 and submitted all the necessary documents by 3rd of September 2014. We were informed by your Service Engineer that the Vehicle would be ready by 13th October 2014. Service time for Delivery was a stretch time considering the fact that it is an Authorised Service Station, since we had no alternatives we agreed to the timelines. After continuous follow-up by our Designate Mr Tulashidas Rane your Service Manager informed us that the Vehicle would be ready by 19th October instead of 13th October 2014, since we could not wait any further our Manager Tulashidas Rane travelled to Islampur on 21st Oct 2014. To his surprise he found that the Vehicle was still not ready. On confronting and after having an argument with your Service Engineer he was informed that the Vehicle would be ready and handed over to him on the 22nd Oct 2014. He had to stay back at Islampur since that was the only option left. On 22nd October 2014 Vehicle was handed over to him but in such a condition that it surprises us on the Quality of your Service Levels, fittings and basic cleanliness was not even taken care off. But my Manager had no Option since his monthly earnings depend on the Vehicle, he took the Delivery of the Vehicle in as is position. After reaching Mumbai he had to show the Vehicle to a Service Station again (Paramount Service Station Goregoan Mumbai) for which they have given an Estimate of Rs 50000/- for clearing the inefficiencies done by your Islampur Team. Points Which Needs Action 1. Who is going to bear the delay for Service Delivery (Business Loss - We have families who run their home on the Earnings (10 days delay even after commitment) 2. Even after getting their due claims why has the Service station denied us Basic service levels 3. Who is going to pay for the additional repairs amount which needs to be done at Mumbai (Rs 50000/-) Please let me know what is the further course of action and we request you to get our Vehicle serviced at your Mumbai Service Station without any further cost.                     dear all, Dated[protected] I had go to rana motor gurgaon service station for my car due service, my car no. is hr 26 bh 0814 ritz, aprox 10.00 a.m. my job card done and aprox 1.00 pm my car service done and go to cleaning section, if my car go to cleaning section no body operate the cleaning section some body talking, some body eating gutka, many times i talk to my. job card in charge for this issue, he go to cleaning section and my car work start and after some time no body clean the car aprox 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm i m waiting for my car, just because of miss management of rana motors, i m not a single person suffer this issue so many people suffer and shouting on management. it is a very very bad experience for me, every time cleaning section take a time and not clean car proper, but rana motor sr. person no take the action against this issue, pls, take this issue seriously, other wise for some time i m change our car maruti other brand just because of service issue.                       I would like to share my car servicing experience with your authorized services station D N Autoland E-4 Meerut road industrial area (nera old meerut chungi) Ghaziabad. I had some problem with my Wagon r car no. UP 14 AV 4555, i took it to DN Autoland and they charged me 2200/- rs but the problem didn't resolve. Then i took the car back and they again charged 1700/- rs but this time also problem didn't resolve and i took it back and they again charged 6800/- rs and problem is still there. Now please let me now what should i do. i thought authorized service station are the most trusted and we should only take our car to them but they proved me wrong. I just wanted to brings this to your notice that service station like them are running the name of maruti or i must running the trust created by maruti from so many years. Please be informed that they don't even have any trained staff they use people keep on experimenting there. they still doesn't know what is wrong with my car. i'd like you to intervene and look into the matter as problem is still not resolved. Please ask them raise the refund for the same or else i'll have to take this matter to the consumer court.                       I'd like to share my experience with your so called AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER. After your interference they came into action and took my car to resolve my issue again, I handed over the car and they looked into it again (I don't know what they're looking for, when they don't have any engineers at all and helper can't do any good). I don't know what they've checked but they've again made the bill of INR 1250.00 though they've not asked to pay that amount ( thanks to your interference) but they've asked me to take a test drive for two days and then pay the bill.


                      I've taken the car and just got out of their service station and I found that it is still not working properly, I went back again and showed them that it is still not working properly, they accepted the fact that the problem has still not resolved and they called Mr. Pandey and clicked some pictures of my car and told that they'll get back to me soon. Its been two days since then but they didn't respond. Id' like to know that if any other problem happens to my car, who'll be the responsible person for that. I know your service station won't take the responsibility for that, are you going to take the responsibility????


                      Please take some serious action. I'd like you to look into this issue and take the proper action because if you leave it to your so called AUTHORIZED SERVICE STATION then they're going to take ages and I know they won't be able to resolve it as they don't have sufficient resources.

                      I hope you'll take the proper action and resolve it as soon as possible because I still believe that Maruti as a Indian brand still understand the Indian customer. Please let me know if anything needs to be done from my end.

Aur ab 11din s shelf k naam s car un k pass khadi hai. 1baar mujhe shelf repair karane k liye diya aur kha ki aap banva k leao yaha nai banta hai aap ko jaldi hai to khud market m jakar repair Karva lo. Yha repair Kar waoge to 1month lagega q ki ye jarmany Jayga repair hone k liye.. Phir jab main shelf repair karwa k laya to bhi car start nai hui pta nahi kya falt hai kuch batate v nai hai. Ac ka paip bhi leak h uske liye bhi 1month m banega aisa bol rhe hai. Aur bolte hai ki car repair karwana ho to 1month k liye car yahi drop Kar do nahi to ghar le jao apni car. mp20cd 2557

                            I purchased Maruti 800 2005 model recently it developed a peculiar problem after 3 to 4 km run the temperature will raise i have given this to your local authorised service dealer WHEELS AUTO in Adayar there is no leak in the radiator the cooling fan also working the service people suspected the gasket leak the removed the engine head but not able to succeed now the are suspecting the circuitry and not confident please advise what to check and repair This i am making a remainder out of frustration since there was no replay to my earlier request Reg No TN 07 AF 2034 EXPECTING EARLY REPLY SIVA

HP 63 0006 in the name of Sri Ram Hospital New Shimla on 20th August 2014 for denting and mechanical faults, which was supposed to be delivered to us on 30 Sep 2014. Till date we haven't received the vehicle and today we had gone to the service station ( Goyal Motors Shimla) there the staff was realy rude and very uncooperative with us and no one is telling us as to when are thy going to deliver the car to us, neither the MD is taking our calls nor the GM (Mr.Anoop) is taking our call.                                 I have swift dzire, I changed my car front glass due to broken during accident, the changed glass was faulty, the visibility is very very poor. then I changed the glass 2nd time. now the glass is looking ok during day time but during raining or fog the glass is very worst. nothing is visible, I am now doubting on the spare market. I hate to touch my car now a days due to this issue. if i need to pay more for good quality glass it is ok. but where??? could you pl. send somebody to validate my car glass. because even if i go for changing new glass again, i am not sure about the quality.

                                  Hi Respected Team, With great hopes of being a owner of a Maruti Swift D-Zire Vxi (grey color), we went to GEM Motors, Kondapur in Hyderabad in Telangana State. But little did we knew that time, that we have been cheated by the GEM Motor sales person and the manager. Me and my husband visited GEM Motors Showroom multiple number of times with the desire to buy a Swift D-Zire and has been promised by a delivery of the same on October 18th @ 6:00 pm by Mr. Amed who is a sales person in GEM Motors. We have also paid booking amount of Rs. 5000 and since my husband already has a pre-approved car loan from HDFC bank, Mr. Amjed told us that we dont need to wait for the loan to open in-order to have the delivery of the car. But finally, when we went on October 18th, at 5:30 pm, we were embarrassed to the core and were silently insulted by both the manager as well as Mr. Amjed. They mentioned that the car has already been sold to some other customer and they said that they were helpless. When we asked them what is the point of paying of booking amount, they advised us to cancel the booking/or that they will give us a silver color (but we don't need a silver color, as we love the grey Swift Dzire - it looks very good). With this answer slammed at our face, we left the showroom helplessly after being forced to cancel the booking. Little were they interested in understanding our hurt feelings and sentiments. Neither Mr. Amjed nor the manager is even bothered to say a simple "SORRY" for what they have done. Adding to our already hurt feelings, we were deeply hurt again with Mr. Amjed who had promised to return our booking amount of Rs. 5000 by October 22nd (Wednesday). But, it is very sorry to let you know that it has not been returned so far, nor did they even called us to explain the delay. As a review on GEM Motors, we heard that this is what they generally do to many customers and it has a very bad rating. As a team who take care of your esteemed customers (who love your cars and services), we are writing this with high hopes that we will get justice or at least our booking amount back.                                   Do not trust to hand over your car if you want to sell believing in GEM MOTORSTrue Value. They just bluff you. For instance they will not pay to the value of car what it is and more over they will never ever stick to their payment delivery dates.

                                  If you are in hurry and want sell of your car for fast cash, this is not the place, because they will just give you false promises saying today evening and tom morning stretching for a week or so by that time you will fail to meet all your commitments and loose much more revenue what you expected.

                                  The shocking thing to say " absolutely they do not stand on their committed time period", though they talk to you with a honey tongue. NO POINT IN ESCALATION . People are same starting from technician to store in charge. Pathetic experience I ever had. The funny part is while I was waiting for my money one of the agent from same unit calls me for selling a car saying that he got a lead from his teammate. You can see their strength of their process in maintain the customer data bank. Is it not irritating for some who is already in mess because of them and waiting for the money to come and this guy pitching in for a new car.

                                  They call you 10 times while they need any info from ours, but will not respond you later if we need to know the committed payment date.

                                  Over all I would like to give them a big ZERO rating and would say do not visit this place. I have to take the car back as I did not had any more trust on them. I am sure this reviews may not bother them but still this can help people who does not the true face of GEM
                                  Even if you buy vehicle froom GEM, Don't go to them for servicing. It is very bad service center. They will change some parts of your car. We will not know those things as we will not check every thing, even if we check we will not identify.
                                  They changed my car spare Tyre.
                                  Even if you call them for any thing they will say mechanic is not there or busy and call back to you. But they never call back to you.

                                  I have given my vehicle last week at Kondapur Gem Motors and they charged me 20000 for saying to replace clutch plates and general service. I got the vehicle back next day with more complaints on it. The response is too worst when called back and literally you will not get any response back to adjust or repair the problem.

                                  - Removed my webcam
                                  - Clutch plates are getting sound
                                  - Vehicle movement is gone again, meaning pick up gone completely.

                                  Now a days GEM Motors quality has gone completely.
                                  Had couple of bad experiences with GEM Motors. they do add additional spares though not required do billing without our consensus. when we enquire for why they have billed though we did not opt for such spares, they will say that we should have asked them before billing receipt generated. GEM Motors is big cheater.
                                  Purchased Suzuki access 7months ago but still didn't get the registration papers
                                  Totally dissatisfied, waste management

                                    Hi, Last month i have given my maruti ritz vdi car for service at CARS india ltd, kottvakkam, Chennai center.I reported the problem of rattle while gear shifting.I paid nearly Rs.9, 500 for the service.It seems the rattling issue was solved at the time of delivery.Again the same Problem is resurfaced within a month.That also during my immediate long travel.I approached the service centre and gave my car for checking the issue.They kept the car whole day and said there is an issue with ECM and need to be replaced with new one.The cost of ECM is RS.20000/- in the market.But they have arranged me an alternative vehicle for my travel.I purchased the car on march-2011 and the extended warranty period was over on last feb-2014. Sofar i have driven only up to 21000 km.I am really surprised to see with in 3 years and 6 months huge amount of spare part is required to be replaced.Also there is no facility in the so called service center to diagnose the issue or else it should have been addressed in my previous service which has given last month.Now i need to pay Rs.20000 plus service charge. With this issue, my confident on maruti suzuki CAR and its accessories has drastically comes down.Really disappointed with my Maruti Ritz.
