I was making payment through Paytm which didnt turned out to be successful that time, made a card payment in advance!! But the money was debited

The person on floor named omkar khot, assured the payment will be refunded to you within 7 to 14 working days the payment made on 21 October 22
And we contacted him on 1 nov he asked us to be patient and wait he was ignoring calls and texts i contacted him today now hw says i have dropped a mail to the refund team and it shall take more time! Its almost been a month and i haven't got my money back

    I went to mc donald’c 1st Floor, Kukke Plaza, Akshayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068, there i found that when they have the coke to me in plastic glasses i have seen a white layer of wax/ oils and i showed to the employee as well then she said ok i will give you in another plastic glass. When she provided in another glass i have seen same whitish layer and showed to her as well, then she called their manager and i showed tohim as well. Then i said why you are not providing coke in dispostable mcdonald glasses. He said those glasses are just for take away customers. Then i requested them to provide coke in disposable glasses and they did same. Then i showed to both of them and said now that layer is not visible may be your glasses are not washed properly.

    This is not good. We trust and go to branded restaurants so that we can get good quality hygienic food but if they provide their food and beverages in unwashed glasses than that it not hot. Please analyse it and try to fix asap.

      I have been a regular customer of McDonald's and today I was shocked to see that the water coming from the water dispenser is contaminated and discoloured, I drank a glass before noticing it and now I am worried that it may cause serious illness, and who will be responsible for that if that happen, it was not expected from such a renowned food industry and it is highly unprofessional, I demand strict action against the store management

        I was wrongly billed twice for a single order I placed at McDonald's outlet in Bharatiya City Mall, Bengaluru. I’ll appreciate if you help secure refund of the additional amount of INR 382.98 that I was wrongly billed.

        I used the self-help kiosk at the above outlet to place my order. On first attempt, the payment went through but the kiosk did not confirm the order. I reported this issue to the Store Manager who asked me to place the order again on another kiosk. He also assured me that I would not be charged twice. Heeding his advice, I did the needful and the order was processed successfully on the second attempt.

        Later I approached the Store Manager again and showed him in my payments mobile app that I had been wrongly billed twice. The Store Manager said that quite a few customers prior to me had also faced the same issue and he assured me that the amount from one of the 2 transactions would be refunded within 2-3 working days.

        However, today’s the 4th working day since that incident and I’m yet to receive necessary refund for INR 382.98; hence I’m raising this complaint!

            I tried to order 4 mcpuffs today using the mcd website with the paytm payment gateway.

            The payment took 4 hours to complete and i had to leave the restaurant for prior appointment.

            But even after the payment went through neither i got my money back nor was my order confirmed.

              I went to Macdonalds [Bhawarkua sqaure Indore]
              On 20th October and ordered through app, they deducted money from my account but didn't approved my order! So staff said to pay again and money will be refunded in 2-3 days but it's 31oct now but I have still haven't received my money back! I felt cheated, please review this issue!

                Last 20 Oct ko Paytm mini se mene MacDonald me order Kiya tha payment Paytm postpaid se kiya tha but payment failed error ki wajah se order confirmed nahi hua tha and second time jab. Mene Kiya tab bhi same error aaya tha aur payment dono bar Paytm postpaid se debited ho gya tha aur iske regarding mene phale complaint bhi kiya tha refund related but koi response nahi aaya aur abhi refund bhi credit nahi hua so plz take action for thi my concern and refund my amount fast

                    There is a McD oultet in Chinchwad Pune Maharashtra where the quality of the food items are not up to McD standards. The fries are always soggy and have black spots on it everytime I visit the place. The bun also doesn't seem fresh. The sauces taste wierd and overall quality is never good whenever i visit the place.

                      Today, I am not happy... Because I have to leave mc Donald's without giving any order..

                      When I reach outlet i found traffic on order counter due to non operative 1 cash counter .. surprisely these outlet have 3 oder counter...
                      I am not happy with these I am come theire with my 3 children ..and their happiness are more priced then 💸 billing amount...
                      Time arround 9:30pm to 10:30pm.
                      I have no need to communicate about this...

                        How complicated is it to get my 263 rupees back... Firstly mail id give for the complaint raised is not working but some how i managed to send the mail but mail is not accepted... From Jly 16 2022 am not able to get the refund.

                        ordered McSpicy premium chicken burger on july 16 2022, and first I made payment through amazon pay, amount got deducted from my account by order was not placed. It is showing that paymnet successful but order confirmation was not received. Refund status is mentioned as refund initiated but not credited to my account from that time

                          The incident is roughly 1 week ago ( around 10 Oct'22, not sure of the date - evening )

                          Nikhilesh, a member of staff at order counter, misbehaved badly. Twice, at separate occasions, he ignored my order whenever a woman came up, and he continued to do so, not just with me. He simply ignored the other clients. I raise this to the manager then (but I think that guy was his cronie, not a manager - dont remember his name). All in all, his behaviour was rude, unapologetic and totally unprofessional. Would urge you to disengage him from services (he had no remorse when I raise the issue).

                          I am personally never going to McD in Indore (btw the overall food quality is also poor (all stores in Indore) to the average McD taste). Am a big McD lover and hope these issues can be curtailed.

                            I had ordered food from C

                            - Date : 06/10/2022
                            - Order Number : BWP-DL[protected]

                            I selected payment mode as GPay, and money got deducted but it did not show on the App page
                            This happened twice, So that means I paid an extra amount twice.
                            On McDonald's website, they said that the money will get refunded within 10 days but on the app, they say that refund is not required

                              We placed an order from WTP FOOD COURT Jaipur which was a meal and paid online. The order includes burger, fries & drinks. We were asked to wait for 30 mins even when we were dining in. The order were served to customers coming later after us. After so long the order was not even complete and the drinks were missing for the one i placed order for. We were told to take the rest meal and drinks were served. Even after waiting for 40 mins staff didnt bothered to hear us. And i have to leave with an incomplete order. It was scroching heat outside and major reason to visit was to get some chilled beverage that too of no use. I have paid for the drinks but didnt received anything.

                                This complaint is regarding one of your branch located in Sy No 59/8, Rainbow Mall Kharkhana Road, Cantt, Secunderabad, Telangana 500009 and my order number is 169, 170 order date[protected]. There is no AC and no any way of air circulation in the restaurant. Our bill consists of the AC charges as well so the company has to provide it and if there is any repair work required then first it has to be done and then only open the restaurant, When asked for the AC, staff from this branch have spoken very rudely to have it without ac or to get out.

                                      On 10september me and my sister at chicken and paneer wraps from pune seasons mall mc d branch. Within 3 hours of eating she started vomiting and vomited atleast 5 times. Next day both o[censored]s developed looose motions. The food even tasted weird and was full of pungent and funny smelling onions. The food was definitely contaminated.request action immediately.
