Medanta The Medicity — Consultation Procedure/ Excessive Billing/ Forced Testing with Dr Akanksha Batra and Dr. Natasha Khullar

I booked an appointment with Dr. Natasha Khullar after searching Medanta's official website. I went to Dr. Natasha after paying her 1, 500 Inr as her consultation fees.
I told her about my problems and was explaining to her what I was going through.

In between Dr. Natasha was interrogating me about my Family background and my Academics.
Some of her questions were strange.
She asked me about my Father, what car he drives, how many houses he has, my father's boss, etc.
I was confused and felt strange but I answered her.
After about 10 minutes of questioning me she sends me to Dr. Akanksha in the next room.
I was confused again but listened. When I go to Dr. Akanksha she scolds me and asks me "What do I want?" "Why am I here?"
I was uneasy and agitated. I tell her whether I should start from the beginning as I already explained about my background to Dr. Natasha.
She looks at me and then rushes out of the room.
Another doctor comes and takes me out of the room into another room where she tells me to wait there.
After a few minutes this Doctor tells me that Dr. Akanksha wants me to do a few tests.
I told her that I already had done the tests and had those reports with me already.
She tells me that those reports are unclear and incomplete.
In my previous reports I had done the Rorschach test, MMPI, MMPI-2. This Doctor tells me to do these tests again.
I wanted to go back to Dr. Natasha but I didn't understand why I was being made to do these tests again.
Dr. Natasha didn't even allow me to finish and simply sent me to Dr. Akanksha in between the session.
In Medanta each of these test costs 2, 500 Inr. I had done these test at a Clinic earlier where each of the costed 1, 000 Inr only.
I also did 2 of them from Fortis in where they also costed 2, 500
These test are nothing but fill-out forms that the patient is supposed to fill out and is time-consuming.
I don't know the name of this doctor who was in the room with me but she told me I will have to do them or I won't be able to see the doctor again. I was quite angry and asked them why do I have to do them again?
Every Doctor should accept the reports which the patient already has why do I have to do the same tests over and over again?
I spent that day on the tests after spending 7, 500 on them which was very expensive especially since I already did them previously.
After doing those tests the receptionist tells me that I have to pay fees to get the results from Dr. Akanksha. I reminded the receptionist that I had already paid for the tests and had paid fro the appointment with Dr. Natasha already.
She tells me Dr. Akansha says that I have to pay again.

I was frustrated as for a counselling session which costs 1500 Inr on their website I ended up paying a total of 10, 200 Inr.

When I go inside Dr. Akanksha's office she is sitting there doing her makeup and was busy on the phone. After a few minutes she starts my therapy but am very dissapointed to find out that those tests are not going to be used for the therapy. She wasn't even using all the 3 tests that I had filled out before. She says that the report will take 2 days to process.
And now I had to repeat whatever I had told Dr. Natasha.
She then shouts at me for asking too many questions and wasting her time.

It's only now when I'm writing this I understand how sneaky and manipulative doctors at Medanta are. This is very manipulative
Dr. Akanksha eventually sends me the reports after a week. I have no idea why I was made to do those test again if they were never to be used for the session to begin with.
