Medi Assist India — cashless claim rejected two times for the claim no[protected] and 98444734 under policy[protected]

I am suffering a rare disease crohn. The doctor advises me to take remicade injection for that. I was admitted to the hospital to take this injection s per doctor to advise. But got rejected two times from hospital. I have doctor clarification to take this injection. I have checked the policy paper. There is no mention for the disease crohn is excluded.
