We had initiated the reimbursement process and provided all the documents, responded to multiple annoyed queries and still after so many days of back and forth, Medi Assist moved the claim to "Repudiated - awaiting insurer concurrence" state.
There is no clear explanation why the claim was moved to this status, what else they need from us. We have mailed them many times, calling on numbers which apparently not usefull till now.
The documents are clear and valid . I am really disappointed and frustrated at this time as Medi Assist customer and no reply via email.
I got message in my mediassist app from customer care on 6/08/2022 like below

After following all treatment process/protocol, uploading all docs, provided all queries response via original documents and finally, MEDI ASSIST company is saying that from our side, claim's is Repudiated but we are still awaiting insurer concurrence
Please help me for this problem
