Robotic TKR was done for my father on 1st July, 2022. And I have submitted all the proof asked for discharge summary, main bills, reports, doctors prescribtion and letter from doctor confirming why we opt for robotic TKR as there we few complications was there in femur. And the Medi assist intentionaaly deny my surgery cost even though all the documents were submitted. When the main surgeon cost is not reimbursed then what is the use of the insurance. I regret I was thinking mediassist as the best insurrer as I invested for 2 years but this time I was cheated by them as they are not ready to reimburse the surgery cost by saying robotic surgery is not covered.
