Medi Assist India — claim amount received

We have cleared all the documents as per policy but claim has not been approved by company and giving back unnecessary remarks which already resolved multiple times earlier. This company is not taking any responsibility against my issue and rounding me every time. I have decided sue against my policy conditions. Kindly guide me to resolve it. Or provide any similar options for same. Do the needful. This is the second reminder to u too.
