I have complaint against your team, cashless claim raise by hospital vide claim no 21178013 on 14-12-19, from the date of submission of claim till today no one give proper answer for claim approval.
Yesterday i have talked with your team person that i going to discharge my patient and final bill was submitted by hospital. I have continue call to you customer care from 11 am for approving claim, so that patient will be discharge from hospital. But till night no response from your side.
Last night i received call from your team person that claim will be clear till tomorrow 12 pm, but still same problem no response from your side.
I am very fed with you service, you give mentally tourcher and pressure on us. It is very harassment that your not able to solve issue.
My simple request to you, kindly solve my query, if you want to clear or reject the claim kindly solve issue. It is clearly shows that you intentionally not want clear this claim. Was this information helpful? |
