Medi Assist India — claim no 16118661 approved but amount not yet received

Cashless claim (Claim #[protected] for meena ganatraatra was submitted on[protected] at 17:22. For insurer claim ref# 144000/48/2018/006520
An amount of 10000 will be paid to sterling ramkrishna speciality hospital and wasapproved. But still the amounts are not paid. All the documents were submitted by hospital. Even we have sent the mail id and tried to contact cistomer care on toll free number they said it will be settled but still not settled and now no one is answering the toll free number trying from past 4-5 days.
